would give negative stars if I could, the store looked nasty, the worker, Brittany, on 12/16/25, took my food and flipped it upside down in the bag and had chili leaking out of the bag, you would think managers would leave their personal problems outside of the work place. very unprofessional and will not be back nor will I recommend!!

This means you'll spend more time being inconvenienced and trying to explain your issue, only to get no feedback or resolution afterward. No reply at all. From ownership to management, they absolutely do not care. It's just too many other restaurants & Krystals to put up with this, so your best bet is to avoid this location. Since I have the time, I'm looking into contact information above the restaurant level so they understand what's going on here. They're complacent because they're used to people just dealing with it or feeling helpless. Employees like these, sloppy food, trashy service, and total disregard from management will send Krystal back into bankruptcy again.

Don't eat here unless you want to pay to be disrespected. I'm thinking it's the same rude manager that I've seen mentioned in these other low reviews. Truly felt as if he was bothered by people ordering food period. He's arrogant with disrespect as if it's normal every day & he's used to getting away with it! We never ordered because the guy taking orders was the rudest person I ever seen. I worked fast food 25 years and never seen such bad attitude. He yelled into the speaker HOLD ON!! It was approximately 1:15 pm standard time at the Rome location. Turner McCall Blvd

Went there today, cause I had a taste for some Krystals. Waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes for someone to come to the speakerphone. And then finally, I got someone and I asked them. How much was 10 crystals and I heard over the speakerphone “Read the damn menu” from one of the worker from the inside. I would have if they had it on there, but they didn’t. Rude customer service I will never spend my money at this establishment again or let alone any krystal establishment .
