The worst of 10 bad Krystals i am not coming back here

Staff are still friendly and on their A game but the food was not as good yesterday as usual. I really should've took it back and complained but we were just hungry and in a hurry. The fries were almost burnt , they looked and tasted like they were way overcooked and old. The meat was barely done, pink throughout. The buns were literally falling apart , not sure if they were older or why they looked that way. Staff customer service definitely made up for food quality.

Very bad.. Tried to go in and eat but the people here closed it and didn't allow me to sit on Friday. A woman walked up and locked the door, preventing him from entering. Very rude She should have said we were closed even though there were a group of people standing and talking. I'm sorry that I went in to eat because it was late. 09:30 👎

Saturday 12-7-2024 & Saturday 12-14-2024: It took forever to place my order! The Coffee was very cold!!! Upon addressing this the female manager just frowned and didn’t say nothing! The scrambled eggs were spoiled!!! The music is so loud to the point it’s ridiculous!!! This has happened to me two week in a row!!! >>SHE IS NOT LEADERSHIP QUALITY!!! They DO NOT CLEAN THE TABLES!!! >>FIX IT!!!

This is the crappiest Krystal by far I have ever eaten from. We went through the drive thru received our food cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. Before we drove away we complained. The woman at the register told us to pull over and park, she was making us some fresh ones. We waited 5 minutes and she brought the same bag of half microwaved cold Krystal's. Grease was soaked through the bottom of the bag! This was $23 shot. My husband wouldn't go back. I wanted to throw them threw the drive thru. Nastiest Krystal in Georgia. I wish I give zero stars.

Was there In the evening (dinner time).. lobby was closed with no sign on the door saying why.. Went to drive through forced to deal with an individual running the drive-thru with a wig that was halfway on halfway off not wearing gloves with an attitude.. Corporate maybe you should look at your people what they're doing in the evening times after 5:00 pm.
My grandson calls Krystal's sliders. So we stop in a few times a week. He says there bussin, Lol. Also, I got my mom the senior breakfast, and she enjoyed it as well. The morning staff is a little more friendly than the night shift.

This experience was better than any in the last two years. I hate that there is no such thing as 24-hour Krystals anymore. Generally the wait is almost unbearable, and that's no personality at the drive thru. Just this one time, I was surprised that I got kind service from a shift leader, who could actually count change. Mixed review? Yes. Sorry about that.
