The service was good and the food was good. I asked for hot fry fries and was a little disappointed. I received hot lamp fries 😏. Other than that I'm Krystal's for life.

Ordered a combo, they couldn't do fries because fryer was down. Ask to substitute chilli for fries since they couldn't do fries. Charged me $389.00 upgrade for chili even though they couldn't sell me fries. RIP OFF!!! I WON'T BE BACK TO THIS STORE!!!

Bottom bun was so soggy I couldn't even get it out of box. Gave 2 stars because fries and drink was fine and they replaced burger. However, not much better. Are they pouring water on these now?

Staff was sitting by the back door with children running around in the drive through lane as I pulled in. And the lady working the drive through could not be understood and was very rude

Went there to use the bathroom, the doors was locked for the bathrooms. They stated that corporate law you cant use it if you aren’t a buying customer. Ppl there certainly very rude! Never heard such a thing. They have signs up written that they wrote on paper.
