The service was good and the food was good. I asked for hot fry fries and was a little disappointed. I received hot lamp fries 😏. Other than that I'm Krystal's for life.
Krystal's has great fast food in my opinion but generally very slow spotty service and the two Krystal's in Rome are typical. Don't go if you are in a hurry and double check your order!
Krystal's were lacking salt and pepper. Otherwise, they were okay. Fries were fresh and hot. I went through the drive-through, and the young lady was a smiling joy to interact with. She made the whole visit worthwhile.
