Las Palmas was absolutely awesome. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Our server did a great job—constantly checking on us while also running other parts of the restaurant. Even though they were clearly busy, we never felt ignored and everything came out in a timely manner.
We ordered the quesabirrias and the Teresita fries, and both were incredible. Everything was packed with flavor—so good it would make your mouth fall off.
I also tried fried ice cream for the first time, and it was definitely worth the wait. It was the perfect way to finish the meal.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We visited here on Valentines day. At the time we arrived only a handful of tables were sat and I would describe it as not busy. We waited 10 minutes before someone asked us for our drink order. We received our drinks and our large cheese dip but we ran out of chips waiting on our drinks and we did not receive chips for our cheese dip for another 5 minutes after receiving the dip. Once the chips arrived the cheese was cold. Lastly my wife's and sons food arrived to the table and my waiter had to ask what I ordered. After my family finished half their food I asked for mine to be boxed up because I didn't want to be the only person eating when my food arrived. My waiter agreed and then shortly brought out my food on a hot plate and handed me a to go box. I asked for a container to put my dishes sauces in and the waiter forgot that too. As far as the food goes, cheese dip was cold, shredded chicken was flavorless, chips were stale and my food was soggy after my hour commute home. Las Palmas completely failed my family from a customer experience standpoint.

This establishment has wonderful food and service! The only negative is for the price the margaritas are weak and overpriced for what you get! I would suggest a cold brew with your meal or sweet tea.
