We don't normally go to chain restaurants but we had coupons from the Rome emperor's baseball for two free tacos. Well, we'll definitely be coming back when we're nearby or when we go another game. John of service gave us great service. Checked up on us frequently. The manager stopped by to check on us. They kept our Waters filled and our chips and salsa filled and the food came out quickly. Dinners were tasty. Hot freshly prepared and enough portion to take some home. The pictures show the two free tacos. We've got chicken tacos, soft shell. My wife had the number nine special I had the burrito Mexicana

Well long story happened 4pm come my favorite place riverside after 4 years were good, so because frustrated once times for “lack of communication” from woman very rude said “grilled pepper” from Dr Pepper drink soda and my order plate say # 6 combo including so manger were good figure out communication my word he’s good know what problem communication after we eat finish and drink so there lemon juice chip are too much lemon or salt something, salsa are good. Also we find out bill rude “ 13.00 combo meal” from woman again. Manger were fixed twice times and a fixed bill mistake. It frustrated place after 4 years. My life whole had loved Mexican place. Please do not come again look out woman rude lack of communication by Tuesdays !!!

Always a great time! The service is exceptional! They are friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about their menu. The atmosphere is light and the decor is unique and pretty. They always have music softly playing and sports on the televisions. The food never disappoints and you get a good amount of food for a good price. Their margaritas are delicious! Las Palmas is always my 1st choice for dining!

Overpriced and left hungry. It really irks me to spend nearly $70 on food (family of 4 and we all got water), leave hungry, and served piss poor food. We eat out rarely. Mine and my spouses tacos were served cold, with about 2 spoonfuls of meat per taco. Daughter’s taco (Al pastor), was brought out and was entirely pineapple. There were TWO PEICES of meat in the entire taco. Both kids fries were served cold, old, and hard as rocks. They had clearly been sitting out for hours, if not all day.
Had a great time, always love singing at karaoke. 4 stars for service because server was a bit annoyed but I've been in food service before, and I dont know what kind of night she's had.
Wheelchair accessibility: I know they have the ramp and they accommodate to seat wheelchair users at tables.

This was our first time eating here. We eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants and I have to say this is one of the worst. Their winning Best of Rome doesn’t say much for Rome. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the waitress. My food wasn’t cooked properly. The tortilla was a piece of raw dough. When they brought out another one after I complained, the guy practically threw the plate onto the table and never said a word. And to top it off, they still did not get the order right. The rice tasted like chemicals. Our waitress was very good and she acknowledged the problems with my order. She saved them from a one star review. Doubtful we will be back with so many Mexican restaurants that are much better.

I've been twice. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a first-time fluke before I left a review. The service is so quick & the food is so fresh! All the meats that I've tried (shrimp, beef, & chicken) were perfectly seasoned. The days I went were Friday & Sunday. No wait for either day.
