So I came in inquiring about a lost order and employment and was not giving a great experience. The MOD was only interested in airing her opinion. She refused to give me her name after accusing me of saying something perverted to her! I took this photo of the names which was on a screen there. Horrible customer service and I’m sure the food matches. Maybe she should switch occupations with this type of attitude. The customers are the reason a business stays one. That is all

Just depends on the day it's sometimes ok it's sometimes terrible .one thing ive noticed lately whoever is cutting the pizzas please train them one piece is tiny one is huge if it were for party's this isn't handing out equal pieces its so sad , its such a simple task to just care a little folks. Experiences dint get better here they get worse .

A shocking lack of comprehension from the employees. Asked for 3 garlic sauces with my pizza, was brought one. I wouldn't care if they weren't almost a dollar a piece, but since I paid for them id like them. Let her know at the car and she asked to see the receipt on the box of pizza, showed it to her and she said she'd be right back. Over 5 minutes later still never came back so I walked inside to grab them, the worker told me she needs me to bring in the box to see the receipt, told her I went through this all with the lady at my car already and I wasnt going to bring my pizza back in the store just for my sauce. She then offered to charge me for two more.....if youre gonna charge a dollar for the sauce, whatever, just give me the sauce when I buy it
It's INSANE that they have online ordering turned off & are allowed to close the lobby. The only ordering choice is to go through drive thru. Which we sat in for half an hour & still never made it to the order box. I ordered from Pizza Hut as we waited. Our order was taken, prepared AND READY at Pizza Hut before we ever even made it to the intercom to order. The same cars were waiting as we drove back by after picking up food from another restaurant.

Lazy ass workers half assing the food orders skimping on the portions. Absolutely the worst food out of all the little ceasers I've been too. From central Florida all the way west to Souther boarder of New Mexico.bive been here a year now and not once have I ever received any good food from here

Ordered 7 items only only got 4 of them. The 2 things missing were the 2 custom pizzas. Even the door dash driver told them that it wasn't all of the order and the lady got an attitude with him saying it was. Trying to call and all I get is mailbox of person you are trying to reach is full. I get that things happen but it clearly had 7 items listed.

We ordered online and when i went in to pick it up I was informed that they had just gave my order to somebody else and then I was gonna have to wait another 15 to 30 minutes and all they had to say about that was sorry I think it’s a little ridiculous that you have a job so easy to get you’re just giving somebody’s order to somebody that isn’t who they said they are I’m pretty sure if you order through the app the thing gets put into the portal. How are you giving the food to somebody else if they don’t have the code for it I think it’s a little ridiculous that I’m now waiting over an Hour for my food because somebody didn’t want to double I think it’s lazy and I will not be eating here again not that that matters to them clearly
