Really nice setting, good food and coffee. Two years ago when I first arrived to Rome this place was a 5 star. But in the last year they have become understaffed and need some help with the service. The staff there are very nice just need help. I now spend more time at Starbucks even though it is out of my way

7/16/2025 After taking the time to send an email (which I sent on June 24th) when I was asked to reach out after posting this review so they could make this right. I never heard a word from management. How disappointing.
Beautiful space and excellent coffee and sandwiches, however my experience was less than stellar. I ordered through the Local/Toast app when I was 10 minutes away. I arrived thinking I would walk in to my order being ready to grab—it was not. I double checked with the girls at the register to make sure my order had been received and then I sat at the bar to wait. I watched three people walk in together, order, receive their drinks and then a sandwich all before my drink was even made. When I walked back to check with the girls there was no apology. Just blank looks and “I’ll check on it.” I have come here so many times in the past with my sister and the drive through is always great and the employees usually have personalities. Today was disappointing.

I was in need of coffee so I went because it was the only place I saw ..but let me tell you the coffee is soooo....good and the breakfast sandwich.. OMG...it was one of the best I've tasted in a while yes,,,,I will probably drive one hour for the breakfast sandwich...it was egg with bacon it was the classic...

Wife and I came from Cartersville to meet some friends. Decided to stop in at the drive thru for the first time visiting this place. It was on a Saturday at 2:30 and we pulled up to find out that food and beverage was a 10 minute wait. Huh? A 10 minute wait for just coffee? Why? I have never heard of this at any restaurant I have been to, much less a coffee shop. That's a shame.
So good the drive through line was very long.
