This was my very first time eating here. I had never heard of McAlister’s before. Not only was our server, quite aptly named Honesty, a bright spot in this dreary and rainy 2 days, but the food was way better than I expected it to be. We will absolutely be coming back, every chance we get!! Honesty’s smile and sparkle literally bathed the room in rainbows and unicorns, and immediately put me at ease.

Slow finally got orders no drinks.Finally got drinks. Dirty tables everywhere dirty floor. Employee in corner on the phone though everyone in dining area wanted to hear her conversation.

Food was good service lil slow and overall good just pricey for what it is.
SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! Waited almost 40 minutes and no food. 3 people after us were served. 7-10 cars in drive thru served. Asked for refund and lady argued that the order was just placed. Showed her the time on ticket. My advice = if you want to eat inside, go through drive thru, get your order and come in. They definitely place a priority over the drive thru. First and last time trying McAlisters.

Unfortunately I ordered ultimate nachos , nothing good about them ...no sour cream ....asked for some and got two small containers with no utinsle to dip it out. The chili on nachos was old tasting . Won't make that mistake again.

The only problem was that they had issues with menu items availability. They were out of all BBQ pork products and did not have enough potatoes for 2 orders. They did take care of us and the food and service were very good. They also have enough variety in their menu so I was still able to find something to eat.
