One of the workers came from back trying to find a table to give them their food. Could not find it. Said I can't find this table guess they don't want their damn food! Just had a addatude! Keep cussing every other word. Major had to yell at the whole crew. Cause they were all just complaining and having addatudes. We only order a hot black coffee which when we got to care was cold and a cold coffee. Took almost 10 mins. We were not gonna go back for hot coffee. SMH

The lobby is open 24 hours a day you'll get the same burger at 3:00 in the morning that you get at 3:00 in the afternoon the staff here is excellent this is my favorite restaurant in Rome Georgia do to the management. This is a tight ship

Let me start off by saying this fast food establishment is by far the worst place anyone can go to..! Me and my wife normally order curb side and have had many bad experiences with the people that bring your food out to ya then lie about going back in and getting what they messed up.. I sat in my car for over 20mins waiting on the older lady to bring me my drinks out so I persistently went in and Bam,there she is doing something else other then taking care of what I needed..! I then got in line to get the rest of my order and the black young gentleman said he couldn’t help me out and I said why,you work here! He then wanted to get an attitude with me so I went back to my car then my wife came in.. same thing happened to her but eventually got what we needed.. I don’t see what all the hype is about a damn grinch meal that cost an arm and leg just cause it comes with ugly green socks! Yall need to worry about getting better employees rather than promoting a meal that taste nasty and has cold fries! I do not recommend eating here..! Worst experience of my life besides my divorce lol NEVER AGAIN will I eat here and I hope your service score goes down after this review..!

We was trying to tell them we got ahold of the person who ordered, after we was told it was already picked up. The gentlemen informed us he reordered it so we was trying to tell this lady that and she was getting rude and cutting us off and would not listen. Then when we left she was saying stuff while we was leaving, and we we got in or car to leave we was being watched while they was still saying rude stuff to us.

Placed a mobile pickup order for some food for my kids. We get there. And after waiting half an hour I had to go inside after not receiving anything. After we finally get our food. 1 of the 2 meals was not even made right. So much for “fast” food

Put my order 2 time guy at the intercom kept asking me what to drink I said water no it doesn't let me up that then I said a mocha and he said can't do that neither so I said just put no drink... When I get my order they give me a cook which they put that since he couldn't leave it black and forgot a sandwich and a hash brown.... When I told them she was like they changed you for a coke so might as well keep it... Then she was like I don't have a register so your going to have to turn back around and order what you did not get.... Very very bad customer service... If I should do 0 in customer service I would
