only car in the drive thru noone inside and was still made to pull over and wait on a happy meal 2 McDoubles and a McDouble meal. I thought they were cooking the fries but nothing I received was hot, so why make me pull over and wait. They are becoming like Krystals just not hot or warm when the food finally comes out.
Ridiculous customer service. Can’t order what you want. Have to take exactly what is offered. I stop there Every single day after school for a year or more, most days ordering the same thing. Now, all the sudden I can’t get a large fry in a happy meal. I don’t care if I have to pay extra but I called and spoke to a manager and was told by her I couldn’t get it.
