I ordered my seasonal favorite, the McRib meal. For the first time in over 30 years, it was extremely disappointing. The fries were barely even warm, and the sandwich tasted as if it had been too long in the refrigerator. Chicken and pork have a distinctive taste when they are old, and this sandwich had that notable taste. It is so disappointing. I much look forward to this sandwiches limited time offering, but after the first bite, I was put off to take another. We never know what happens in the kitchen, and when you experience a taste of old meat, it is off putting at best. The fact that the fries were also substandard just piled on to the entire disgusting experience. The only thing that wasn’t screwed up was the soft drink. This will be my very last visit to a McDonald’s.

I was just at there to get the grinch meal I ordered it large got small The manager was screaming at the staff like they were trash under her feet very unprofessional she was the short curly brown hair she needs to be gone ASAP!!

Absolutely awful staff. After many terrible experiences at this location this was the worst. There was no ice machine working and no sweet tea. I wait patiently for someone to become available to help for more than 10 minutes and after many attempts to get staff help, I get completely ignored. It took us not only asking someone but asking three different people before we got a response. Everyone has time to laugh and cut up in the back and on their phones but no one to help or even get an order right.

I pulled up to curbside delivery ordered a iced coffee and a steak egg and cheese bagel I see hair in my coffee when I get it I'm like oh must have been a Accident then I open my bagel and there's hair in it also I got a picture of the coffee but not the bagel I threw it all out I didn't have time to come in and complain. It's nasty and crazy if it accidentally happened to both items.
