Manager nor cashier at drive thru window helped me at all with my problem of working the McDonald's app needless to say we drove off disappointed by the entirety of it all

Just went through the drive through for one frappe and waited over 20 minutes just to get to the window and have the lady tell me I didn’t give her the right code (when I most definitely did) then the whole time she was talking she couldn’t even stand up straight or be still for more than 5 seconds.

Thay never got my order right last nightThay forgot my order wrong went back and threw the drive thru and then had us wait 30 mins to get our orda back and the order was still
Every time I come here they get my food wrong. How hard is a PLAIN cheeseburger with ONLY CHEESE and MEAT. Even when I DoorDash my burger is NEVER correct. Thank you.

I wanted to get a spicy mcrispy sandwich. They had me pull up, said they want to give me fresh food. After 15 min and multiple cars going thru behind me I finally got my food, but he had to go back for my drink. Over $10 for McDonald's is bad enough, but 15 minute wait for a spicy McCrispy that wasn't spicy or crispy. McDonald's is really going downhill.
My daughter went through drive-thru...got a Chicken Biscuit...and 1/3 to 1/2 of the chicken and biscuit was burnt...literally like someone held it in a fire. The person that wrapped this is a loser! Wrapping that and serving it says, "you don't give a damn"!This happened 7 years ago. I noticed an edit I needed to make. So it now makes it look as if it's a new review.

When my friend and I went through the drive through the lady taking our order was very rude, laughed and acted as though she was more intelligent than we were. In my opinion you shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t be kind.
