Well apparently they serve raw food and dont answer the phone when u try to let managers know that the employee may need some training on were to place the patty so it cooks thoroughly i will not be going back for a while The rest of the meal was good tho

This is the worst McDonald's to ever go to two of their managers are very rude. Even if you buy something and they feel you've been there too long they will cut the Wi-Fi off and they refuse children to the bathroom by the playplace

Went through drive thru this morning and a very sweet lady took my order. I'm not used to anyone being nice at this location but she was very kind.Thank you Jennifer for the good customer service.Went back this evening and back to having to order fast and not very good service at all.
I used the order machine to get my food and they have it ready for me.

Got a big Mac meal i ask for a little extra mac sauce got it and i couldn't even hold it! They put so much sauce it wasn't even edible.they fixed me another which was good..lol lesson learned! West Rome Ga. McDonald's
