I got a veggie burrito. All of the food items looked old, not at all fresh. As a result, the burrito was not enjoyable.

Husband went to order for 5. After the first burrito was made he was told he needed to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the steak to be done for the second item. He said that's fine he doesn't mind, but he would need the first burrito to be redone to be hot whenever the rest of the food was able to be made. They said no, they couldn't do that?! Why should he wait 15 minutes politely and get his first item cold? Terrible customer service, he left.

I like this Moe’s. They have Moe’s sauce among others in the salsa bar. I love Moe’s sauce. What I don’t love is that (at the time this review) they don’t participate in the 5.99 Wednesday burrito using the app in store.

I had the steak rice bowl and it was absolutely Delicious!! The service was most wonderful and I loved the atmosphere. The supervisor, Jeremiah, is doing a wonderful job in his position! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I absolutely look forward to Moe’s each time we go! The food is SO GOOD! The service and people are truly so kind! Jeremiah, Jessica, and Andrew helped and served us so well and with a big smile! I called to place an order for someone else to pick up for me. (I don't live in Rome) They told me they could not take my order that I have to order online. That wouldn't have been a problem but you can't pay online with the gift cards only a debit/credit card. I just ordered online somewhere else and spent my money elsewhere because that is ridiculous that they won't take an order over the phone.. I would have ordered online if it gave me an option to use my gift card. Just shows how lazy technology has made people.. SMH..

Ordered 4 “make your own” boxes last minute to feed 25 people at work. Jeremiah,Taylor, Reagan, and Jessica were super friendly and helpful. They acted happy to help me fill a large order on such short notice. Awesome staff at the Rome shorter ave location! And the food tasted great.
