Second time here and the hostess was rude the first time to us as well as the servers walking by but today was the I won’t be going back. Everything was going great until the hostess started aggressively screaming at a young server for something she told one of the guest at the servers table that was not even food or business related, very unprofessional and unacceptable. Not exactly the family atmosphere you’d expect from this type of establishment.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We had the spaghetti and meatballs and the unlimited soup and salad. Plus a desert not a bad check for the two of us.

We eloped on 11/11/25 and wanted to have a small dinner with some family before returning to FL, it was veterans day and they were very busy but accommodated us and we're absolutely amazing. Krystal and Amy were the sweetest and made our dinner so much nicer, AMAZING experience.

Do better!!! The customer service sucks and order accuracy is horrendous, this was a credit for their mess up, yet the atmosphere sucks 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕

I rated service a 3 star because the woman at the door that seats people was not nice at all. Very rude and smarty pants. We eat at Ollive Gardens about once every week or two and usually dont run into this.
