Very kind and very helpful where customer service comes first really felt good to be a customer in this establishment having service from a gentleman as Canaan was the manager if I could leave 10 stars, I would excellent service thanks guys. I first ordered food thru the drive through when they first opened. Small portions & the food wasn’t good, so I went back to Chef Chen. Today (6-16-25) I went through the drive through, the Employee was very nice, I gave her a tip. I order Chow Mein Orange Chicken & Chicken egg rolls. The food portion still small, I live 6 minutes away. The food was cool, not hot and tasted horrible. I will never eat at Panda Express again…going back to Chef Chen for life. I’m surprised they are still open. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FOOD AT THIS PLACE!🤢

Hey, it’s PE so you know what you’ll get when you walk through the door. But this PE is gooood, even by PE standards. Fast, hot, clean, and tasty. Can’t ask for more. And this was on a busy Sunday lunch rush, too. Good job.
Took 30 mins to get my food in the drive thru despite being the only customer. Was told it was going to only be a couple minute wait.

Constantly dirty we have been a few times and every time food is dry and hard. Floors and tables are crusted with food. And the GM is constantly sitting on his butt never helping his team. Sad to see cause this is ridiculous. Especially when they ASK for help and doesn’t help.
Fix this location cause it’s disgusting. I don’t wanna sit in Crusted food. Or my food be hard and dry. Not worth my time or money. And get a new GM cause this one sucks $30 for wasted food.

This location has restored my interest in Panda Express. This location is clean and the staff are always welcoming. Staff member, Parker, has great customer service skills.
