I ordered from this Panda Express through door dash for 4 people. Our order was missing plastic wear, napkins, sauces, and chicken from one of the orders. All of the rice and noodle sides were almost completely filled with huge chunks of onion to fill the plate. Very displeased with this experience

Very kind and very helpful where customer service comes first really felt good to be a customer in this establishment having service from a gentleman as Canaan was the manager if I could leave 10 stars, I would excellent service thanks guys. I first ordered food thru the drive through when they first opened. Small portions & the food wasn’t good, so I went back to Chef Chen. Today (6-16-25) I went through the drive through, the Employee was very nice, I gave her a tip. I order Chow Mein Orange Chicken & Chicken egg rolls. The food portion still small, I live 6 minutes away. The food was cool, not hot and tasted horrible. I will never eat at Panda Express again…going back to Chef Chen for life. I’m surprised they are still open. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FOOD AT THIS PLACE!🤢

Do not order online they prioritize drive-through and in-house orders first. You will sit here for at least an hour before receiving your food
They baby scoop the meat and over do it with the rice. Save your coins and go to an authentic Chinese restaurant or a different location.
