The manager is very professional and the pizza has the proper amount of toppings and the crust is good. My only complaint is that they never put enough pizza sauce on the pizzas. Trust me I hate when they have way too much like Dominos but I like some sauce I wish they would put at least 50% more sauce. We get pizza every other week and it's always the same nonexistent sauce. Maybe I should order extra sauce?

Definitely a busy location that's always good to see. But the associate's see you walk in the store some are busy making orders or getting boxes ready why others are standing around talking and didn't even acknowledge my self or the other guest that came in that's what needs improved.

no topping on a normal topping pizza, this wasn't a half anf half order either. Boneless wings not good.
I placed an order online and the delivery person supposedly sent a text saying he or she was here. Nobody knocked on my door or anything. I had to call the store to find out that someone showed up and didn't knock. Why would I pay for food and not open the door? I'm not happy with the customer service obviously. I will just stick with Marco's I guess.

She informed me she did not have one and they were attempting to go mobile and online. I did not know the menu and could not pull it up on phone. She never offered to help. So I left and will not go back!

It's been years since I had ordered from PJ'S. I remember why. The only thing good was the brownies and they were FABULOUS!!! John was really good at one thing - pizza. You guys should have stuck with just that. The cheesy bread was cold & barely cheesy, and the Papa sandwich (can't remember the name) was only memorable because it wasn't. But the brownies....🫠

Pizza has been wildly inconsistent the last two times I’ve ordered here. First time was undercooked. Second time the order was wrong and pizza had massive bubbles and cardboard like crust. I enjoy Papa John’s, but will not order from this location again.
