Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza online, specified well done. It was delivered completely raw. The cheese was barely even melted. So I called to complain and the manager said he'd have it remade and sent to me. The replacement was raw too. Very displeased and will never be ordering here again.

Had to update a previous reviewI had given a not so nice review & went back to get my tip. The manager since it had been longer than 24hours that all he could do was return all money ?I don't look a gift horse in the mouth. We only wanted the tip money but He returned it all. ?Thank you Papa John's we are still a loyal customer!!

This location used to deliver to my address with no problem. Now they tell me they can't deliver to my address. They say it's too far away. I live within six miles of the store. To suddenly change their "ability to deliver" to my house is completely ridiculous. I always tipped their drivers more than I should have as well. Their store is in a bad location. You risk your life every time you enter or leave their tiny parking lot. This is why I had my food delivered. Little Caesars is closer. Their pizza is garbage. But I'd gladly go pick up garbage pizza on my own than give another dime to the Papa John's in Rome.
