i loved the snowballs the only thing i didn’t like was the customer service, out of everything. dropping change, “what do yall want” not even greeted. Other then that it was amazing

i didnt know what to order so they let me do some sample until i found one i really like ,fun loving service with laughs and smiles, i've been back even the younger server has great customer service. now thats saying a lot in my book. so , now they are on my must stop list when i go to rome ga.

Pelicans never disappoints, especially in the Georgia heat. The staff are mostly teens, but they are respectful and take their time to ensure that they make the perfect snowball. If you have an issue, they are always happy to fix it. Reviews about them being slow is misleading, considering they have to shave the ice and make each order one at a time, I am not sure what people expect. Ask for a flavor challenge card, there are SO many options! You can even get a pup cup for your fur baby.
I typically reserve 5-stars for impressive sit-down restaurants, but I was kind of blown away. The small, fenced-in child play area is a great little addition -- especially considering they provide toys. The flavors are great; though you may suffer from "option paralysis."

Staff is awesome! Always friendly get awesome yummy treats while there. Was so happy to found this place when I moved to Georgia as I was missing snowballs from home. They have so many delicious flavors that hardest part of the visit is deciding which one to get 😋
