I was delivered the wrong food and the driver wouldn’t answer my calls when I called the store they told me they didn’t have drivers to send the right food and couldn’t give me a refund bc there wasn’t a manager there. But when I reached Whitney she was very helpful and the people who DID answer the phone were very kind and professional —accidents happen and it was a little inconvenient but they handled it the best they could. I appreciate yall

Ansley shift manager was very friendly as well as carmine the cook ,who was also very friendly and our pizza was the best I ever had. Awesome Carmine Berrardi has the pizza making down to a fine art. And it's honestly the very best ran and customer friendly Pizza Hut I've ever seen. I would quickly recommend this Pizza Hut over any other pizza restaurant to anyone of my friends or neighbors. The service was great, it only took a few minutes and my order was ready.Nice, friendly employees, absolutely wonderful stuffed crust pizza, not to mention the mozzarella sticks were perfect. Delicious,hot, and served quickly.

Absolutely horrible!!. Got my order wrong and blamed me for it! Pizza hut has a superbowl commercial advertising a bundle so i order it and they give me a different bundle lol. Then they hang up on my wife,refuse to make it right and oh yeah. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY RAN OUT OF CIRCLE PIZZA!!! HORRIBLE PLACE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSSINESS

The girl at the window with the blonde hair is rude and slammed the window in my face when I asked for plates and napkins. I even said thank you and she slammed in my face. She’s very rude and unprofessional. Yall should probably get another person to handle the window because she is running off your business.

Ordered doordash my pizza came out looking like this. My sister called and was told we didn't place an order in the first place. So I called up there and the gentlemen on the phone said he had to get his boss Ashley who hung up immediately and ignored my return call. I just got off a 12 hour shift and just wanted to relax with family and enjoy dinner. It is deeply disappointing how this pizza hut has handled this situation.
The lady at the front, Shannon, was quite rude here. Items were forgotten, so I had to drive all the way back. She was then rude about the situation, even though it was her mistake. At this point my food I had originally picked up was cold from having to drive back and forth.
Pizza was not cut properly and had to be torn apart. Also they put the breadsticks and dessert cinnamon sticks in the same box- cinnamon sticks end up tasting like garlic.

My concern is where are the gloves, and hair nets!?!?! I’m not feeling someone making my food with their bare hands and not knowing if they have been washed!! And the most disappointing thing is they claimed to be out of making pan pizza.

Decided to get pizza tonight. Went into the Shorter Ave. location. Fast ordering, fast prep and the pizza was wonderful. The staff were all nice and professional. Keep up the great work!!!!!
