Ordered almost $50 worth of food for delivery and only received half the order. Was told I could take store credit or they would send the rest when the driver returned. This is the third time now I’ve had major issues with them not reading the order. Open Martha berry Pizza Hut back up, at least I got what I ordered from them.

Well technically I ordered delivery with DoorDash so as for service/atmosphere that’s really irrelevant, but I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. I wasn’t impressed. The toppings weren’t very fresh and the pizza seemed to be on the verge of being undercooked. Usually love Pizza Hut, but it has been awhile since I’ve ate here so maybe quality has decreased. I may not be back for awhile because the pizza was truly almost un-eatable. Had I not been starving from not eating at all today I probably wouldn’t have even touched it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!!ordered online and was a few minutes late after picking up a friend from work; got there and the girl said that they, Gave away our order to the WRONG PERSON; had us wait another half an hour and I HAD TO KNOCK ON THE WINDOW TO GET ANYONE'S ATTENTION!woman who came to the window couldn't be bothered to care or even act like it was her responsibility to have any kind of customer service skills at all; even though I live out of town and made a point to order online so we could get it and go.I've been ordering Pizza Hut for years but I will never EVER order at this location again and would not recommend anyone bother with this store, it's a 0 stars as far as I'm concerned!!

Food was excellent! The service was slow. I could understand had they had alot of people but I was the only one there. I waited roughly 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I were at the window. I saw the young girl that was working, laughing, and cutting up. Customer service is ridiculous,,but the food was on point. That's why I left 3 stars.
The worse customer service!!! I placed my order and the email I received stated it was going to be delivered to my house at 9:19 at 9:30 I called and ask information regarding my order. The MANAGER stated there were not door dash available to delivery my order. I asked to see if she could please give me an estimate of how long it would be. She stated she did not know and stayed quiet. I asked how do I supposed to know how much longer I needed to wait for my order if I have already waited ONE HOUR. She did not give me an answer until I told her then I needed it to cancel my order she said well I can call them and see if they can give me an estimate of time and then YOU call me whenever you think you have waited enough!!!!! She is rude and unprofessional and the TITLE OF MANAGER is too big for her!!!!
I can order it on my phone and they will have it ready for me when I get there.

The person taking the order was anything buy helpful. I ended up ordering online. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever ordered from anywhere. The crust was tough and chewy, little to no topping and apparently "forgot" the cheese. The only positive thing I can say is Door Dash was quick and friendly. I will never make the mistake of ordering from any Pizza Hut again.

Ordered over phone charges my card 3 times then delivered by door dash that also asked for charge, said they credited my account back but never did, I had to use my son's piggy bank money for THERE SCAM!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
