I dont think I have ever been to a Popeyes and not had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, but this one is the absolute worst. Car after car was parked, no one gets their food from the window, and it took 20 minutes to get 2 combos.. and that is just as of right now.. I am still waiting so god knows how much longer it is going to take and I already paid so it is like a hostage situation 😡 I am never going to another Popeyes. I am not sure why people think the food is worth this.

I came during night time and it was a great experience! The crewmembers were super nice to me—even with how busy it was, and I didn’t have to wait at all. The manager in particular with the glasses was the best part of my visit. Will definitely come back!

They are out of most of the sides.We agreed to wait for her to take a break so she could come back and fix some calls though because she Is the only person back there. However I will not return to this location

Visited this location for the first time about two weeks ago. The staff was amazing; they only had two workers and were very short-handed, but these two ladies went so far above and beyond to make sure we had a great lunch. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care we received. Our visit was on 4/29/25 at about 2 p.m. These ladies deserve some sort of reward or recognition.

I have had food from here when I use DoorDash and using the POPEYES app. Every time I've been there in the last 5 weeks, they have not had all the sides I ordered. Once it was diet, another time apple pie. Last time I ordered, when I got there to pick it up, the only side available was red beans and rice. This makes me ANGRY. Management needs to rebook their inventory vs. availability and fix this. Don't get me wrong: the chicken is phenomenal, just don't count on getting all the items requested

Never ordering from this location again. I ordered online 10 early. I’ve now been sitting in the parking lot 30 mins waiting on a chicken sandwich and 6 boneless wings. And that’s no exaggeration. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time ive had this experience BUT this will be the LAST time. I’m so irritated. And then when you order on the app the store has to refund you which is asanine.
