Walked in at 4:55pm Saturday March 7th 2026. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while staff kept walking around yet making eye contact. Never spoke a word to us. Asked for help just a head nod. Don’t recommend here if your actually hungry

Had the worst experience ever from any food establishment ever. First when I came in, everyone employee in there was miserable to be there. Had attitudes as soon as I placed my order. Then when I received the food, I was given a crumb as my 3rd tender. They got so mad and ignored me as I asked for a replacement. As me and my family continued to eat we listen to all the employees call every customer stupid and cuss the entire time. They didn’t want to work obviously and degrade all their customers. I will never return and highly recommend no one visits this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would Waited 45 minutes after they told us it'd be 5 min. They promised Mac n cheese then gave the last serving to people who ordered after us. 7 people ordered after us and got their food before us - got the same thing as us. All of it was nasty. So gross.

Busy location this day however seems there wasn't enough employees that day I would wanna say but You have everyone making food which is good moving the orders along but Drive through and front end they look at you like they are days and confused or something then after waiting I wanna say 10-13 minutes they decided to walk over and take other guest orders.

Every time I eat here the service is terrible. It's either cold food staff with bad attitudes or impossible wait times. Just pass this location up. Not worth the trouble

We made an online order to pick up through the drive through. As soon as we pulled up to the order speaker and told them we have an online order, they told us to pull forward and park next to the trash can without asking who we were or an order number or anything. Then they proceed to come out 3 different times to ask the order name, and then ask us to come in to make our own drinks, which defeated the purpose of going through the drive through and ordering online. The food was very good.

Came in to have my order replaced and Nette got me together.. and offered me a refreshing beverage while I waited. Thanks Nette u rock!
I wish I could rate the food. I've been sitting here waiting for my food for 25 minutes. I've never been to a Popeyes before and I'm seriously considering getting a refund and going somewhere else. The lady parked next to me in the parking lot has been here longer than me and just went into the store, presumably to do the same thing. I'll consider updating my review if I ever get my food.

I have been waiting for 35 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken at 1:00pm on a Sunday afternoon this restaurant has always been out of something chicken, drinks, sauces etc. and they have the audacity to get mad when we’re upset we have to wait 40 minutes now on original chicken

I dont think I have ever been to a Popeyes and not had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, but this one is the absolute worst. Car after car was parked, no one gets their food from the window, and it took 20 minutes to get 2 combos.. and that is just as of right now.. I am still waiting so god knows how much longer it is going to take and I already paid so it is like a hostage situation 😡 I am never going to another Popeyes. I am not sure why people think the food is worth this.
