waited 20+ min in drive thru just for them to come outside and yell that they’re closed . but as i was passing by a little while later they were taking orders??

Just left this resturant, employeed acted like we bothered them being there, not friendly at all ,cashier as soon as order was taken and paid for straight to lobby on her phone. Chicken tenders cold ,regular chicken was ok . We wont return

Why am I having to wait 25 minutes for 3 chicken tenders

Surprised to see these reviews but makes sense why it's always dead. I've never had a problem here. I go thru the drive thru, it's always quick, order is right, food is delicious🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I went to the KFC 🍗 up the street from POPEYES chicken 🐔 and they were not willing to fill the order i requested, bummer! I asked for dark meat only. They told me no and was unwilling to fill my order. I offered to pay extra, needles to say I went to POPEYES chicken in Rome Ga Turner McCall Bvld. I was pleasantly greeted and they prepared my order to perfection. It was delicious 😋 and after a hard days work in trucking it made me feel appreciated great job everyone 👏. Oh it was the night 🌙 shift.

The chicken was flavorless,batter was caked on,the coleslaw had pickles in it🤢…pickles do NOT go in coleslaw…sad to say the best part of the meal was the Mac and cheese and biscuits….I will NOT be going back to that location 🚮 😡

The chicken is never fried hard or done. Everytime I go to this restaurant my chicken is nasty, no seasoning and I always have to put it in the oven to completely cook before I can eat it. I love your business but you need to get better with this location.

Arrived and placed drive thru order, went to pick up windows and waited nearly 5 minutes but no order delivered. Went into store, reordered. Food cold. Popeyes in Rome is now on my do not go list.
