My husband and I placed an order on 4th of July and when we showed up here the building was already closed and the online AI robot when we tried to get a refund just couldn't handle it so I came up to the actual location and talk to the manager Brandon he is the sweetest man ever he was able to remake my order for me since he couldn't give me a refund through the app thank God for this man Brandon! Popeyes y'all are lucky to have him working for you.

This place is dirty. Floors tables, bathrooms, dead flies on counter where drink machine is. Just gross.

THEY SHOULDN’T EVEN GET NO RATING !! THE CHICKEN THEY SERVED ME STILL HAD BLOOD COMING OUT THE CHICKEN AND IT WAS ANITHER CISTOMER THAT ORDERED BEHIND ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM NOT ONLY THAT THEY WANTED TO CATCH AN ATTITUDE WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT!! NEVER WILL I EAT AT THIS LOCATION ANYMORE

I actually went inside to order vs the drive-thru. The cashier was very courteous but OMG the music that was being played back in the kitchen was very LOUD and NOT family friendly! I honestly could not believe what I hearing in a public place. I made a side comment about the music to the cashier and she just said… “It’s not my music and I don’t have a say in what is played.” Sad. The food was hot and the chicken was crispy so that was perfect.

Most people in the neighborhood think it is a front for a drug business. They always seemed surprised that you want to order food. Every order get sent around to part and wait.

While the chicken sandwich was great with a perfect blend of sauce and pickles, the fries were horrible. It appeared that they put some old fries back in the fryer as they were burnt and inedible but still hot and greasy. We had two orders of fries and one was just fine. As expensive as take out is, this was very disappointing.

We were excited to finally have a Popeyes on this side of town—but that excitement quickly faded. The lack of pride in work, poor management at all levels, and overall lack of accountability have turned what should be a great addition to the area into a major disappointment. Popeyes is known for its delicious food, but this location falls far below expectations. At this point, a complete overhaul of staff and management is needed, or it might be better to replace it with a Five Guys, Rock’s Chicken & Fries, Culver’s, Dairy Queen, Baja Fresh, or a Bobby’s—any of which would thrive in this spot. Until real changes are made, our best advice is to avoid at all costs.

I have been to this location twice. The first time, shame on you, the second time, shame on me for expecting something different. This location needs to do a better job. The staff employed there are either screwing up on purpose or the manager needs a crash course in talent acquisition and management. Popeye's on TurnerMcCall....what are you doing that is working for this location? It's always empty, the staff cannot get orders or amounts right, and the food is not meeting the standards set by the restaurant chain. I am from Louisiana, where Popeye's started and this is an embarrassment to Al Copeland! Based on these reviews and the experiences shared, I am surprised corporate has not stepped in to shut this embarrassment down. Do better, be the Popeye's we know you can be by making necessary changes so this location can thrive The reviews have given you the information you need to make these changes. If you fail to listen, then this location will eventually be shut down!

Worst service ever! My entire order was wrong. Going thru drive thru... the folks were rude and inconsiderate! Will never eat there agian

Service was incredibly slow. They allowed us to order items they didn’t even have in stock and then made us substitute after waiting for food.

Can we as a town give up on this location.
The manager obviously doesn't want to manage it and hires anyone.
The employees barely have the motivation to keep intaking oxygen to live let alone talk into thier headset.
The food is burnt or so dry it's inedible most of the time.
Lets just stop going.........
