I have been here 10 times and they were closed 9 of those time. I’ve given up trying to eat here even though it was good the one time they were actually open. Wish I knew why they’re never open.

They have a few vegan options labeled on the menu. The sushi (we got avocado roll and veggie tempura roll) was just okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Honestly, everything else was pretty bland and I have no desire to eat there again.

I had to custom order a dish because there were no decent options on the menu. I got a soup bowl with vegan miso, tofu & udon noodles. It was awful! No flavor whatsoever. The broth tasted like hot water.
FYI-this restaurant smelled like they just cleaned up a dead body. It reeked of a putrid smell and a very strong chemical smell. Disgusting.

The server with a hat is extremely rude and disrespectful, no wonder why they can’t keep their servers, I asked a question about a drink because I wanted to be sure before ordering and I found myself with a sarcastic response rude attitude and even threatening attitude….. Food is good but this man has nothing to do here.

This was my first time at Ru Sans. My wife has been before and she invited me for lunch. It is important to eat local when you can and support independent franchisees. We my wife promised me that I would love my lunch and she was right, I did! I had a lunch plate called "The Buffett " and it was fully packed. The food was great and the sushi was good. It also can with miso soup. Tori ,our server was very good and gave attentive service and follow up. We will be back !!!

Two times in the last 3 weeks we've attempted to eat dinner here. 1st attempt the doors were open at 8:30 and when we walked in we were told they were closed. 2nd attempt was again @8:30 and was pitch black and doors locked. We're trying to support your business buts it's been difficult.

Drove an hour here and it was so dang worth it wow the food was incredible and so vegan friendly for my husband! delicious and our waitress is very very attentive and sweet. i’m sad the reviews on here say their serving sucks cause the girl that served our table was perfect! and the prices are amazing too! can’t wait to come back

The customer service is extremely bad, especially if you order pick up. An older Hispanic male, who I believe is the manager, has twice been VERY RUDE and dismissive to me when I picked up my order. My food, essentially raw fish, was just left by the front door on a table with no concern for food safety. I came in to pick it up but, even though it wasn’t busy, nobody came to serve me. I saw my name on the receipt, had pre-paid so I took my food and left. I went back in to get chopsticks and was treated VERY rudely and dismissively by that man. He essentially chewed me out and walked away. I will NEVER spend my hard-earned money at Ru Sans again and would never recommend it to anyone else. Blue Fin Sushi and Rock n Roll Sushi are much, much friendlier with excellent customer service and clean restaurants. Ru Sans looks grimy and rundown. My wife is Japanese and RuSans is definitely not authentic Japanese in food or customer service.
