This review is for the tire and battery service department. The staff working at the tire and battery (on 11-5-23) were AMAZING. I had the misfortune of my battery dying in their lot AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL!!! I WILL becoming here for any future tire or battery services AND cannot thank the staff enough for being so patient and again INCREDIBLY helpful. Jeremy and another longer haired young man (I am so sorry for forgetting the name) DESERVE 👏 A 👏 RAISE 👏.
I would absolutely recommend them 10 times over and give more stars if I could. Thank you so much!

The center drink dispenser has been out of service for months, and the one on the right is missing a drink lever.Otherwise it's good. Standard sams selection.

I hit the help button on self check out. It took so long for the CSR to come help me that my order timed out. My kids were loosing it and I did not have it in me to ring up my large order a second time. Nobody offered to help me so I left. I cried the whole way home. My life would be easier if I could do pick up orders for Sam’s but they want to make that as hard as possible so I will not be renewing my membership.

I was spoken to very rudely by an employee today. She spoke to other customers the same way. I am shocked at the way she conducted herself. She definitely needs some customer service training.

The wi-fi here is free. As an added bonus, it is also terrible.
Relatively clean restrooms.
Sam's Club seems to be expanding their healthy/organic foods section. Hope the trend continues!
