So many years ago I frequented Schroeder’s and fell in love with the food, culture and vibe of this place which ultimately caused me to goto work with John as he was there for the day to day back then and he is awesome. We went to eat on their anniversary night. It was packed . Everyone worked really hard and was smiling. We were seated and our waitress was different. She brought us the wrong food then argued that it was what we ordered. Things turned around when we met Collin. He apologized and said that he wanted us to have a good experience and come back.
