My first time eating here and I'll definitely be back. Being gluten free, you learn to make adjustments when ordering. I asked the waitress to simply leave off the bun on my burger and didn't expect what followed. A cook actually visited our table and consulted with me about my allergy. They have protocols in place for food allergies! This level of care was surprising to me for a restaurant in the south where it seems like most dining establishments simply don't care.

I ordered a bacon and cheese potato and my potato was cut down the center but no cheese was in it just set on top of it the food used to be good to get but this is disappointing I would recommend Jim and nicks it’s the same price but they are bigger and fuller

My grandson loves ❤️ ? the lemon pepper wings. We stop by here at least two or three times a week after football practice. The staff are very friendly, and the consumer service is awesome. I tried a hamburger, and I must say it was amazing as well. Thank you for awesome consumer service. Because it's hard to get good service most places.
Kid-friendliness: The staff always interact with my grandson. He places his own order and they are very nice to him. They are always very respectful towards him. Thank you for the kind words. Because I know kid can get a little worked up. Bt he always knows what he wants.

Shanes used to be my favorite place to eat. But the last 5 times iv been they have done something to mess up my order. An one of them times I had a to go order so I didn't know until I got home. An when I tried to have my order replaced they refused to replace it . I really wish they could be back to the way the use to be before the pandemic happened ?

I frequent the shanes in cartersville. We decided to go to the one where we live in Rome. They were busy. However, so is the one in cartersville. They used to open the boxes to show what you have and ask about sauces. The girl was so aggravated about the sheer number of customers that she just threw it all in bags and said, "Have a good night. When I said wait, I needed a couple extra sauces she acted like I asked for another meal. She took care of me. When I got home 5 minutes away, I was surprised my fries were undercooked and cold. I am never in a hurry when it comes to good food. I will wait patiently. To the lady who helped me, I hope your days get better. Customers can wait, have great service, but don't let them rush you.
I went here last Tuesday and ordered a cowboy burger and waited 15mins for it drove the 15 min home to find I paid 8 plus dollars for a plain squashed cheese burger not only was it not what I ordered but I could see the finger imprints where it was squashed down I use to love going here but won’t waste my time going again
