The meat was so dry and chewy even when covered in sauce. I ordered buns and didn't get them instead I recieved texas toast only which I ordered on the side. Every side was terrible, this has got to be the worse bbq Ive ever had

They are always very nice and friendly and courteous. The food is great. The chicken and ribs are tender, moist and falls off the bone. 😋

Don't walk, run from this place!! I got he baby back ribs & they were nothing but fat & still very pink! The wife got a grilled chicken salad & the chicken was so dry, she could barely eat it! Hope your food comes out better than ours but for us......... we're one & done!! Not going back

Shocking Experience – Health Concern

I brought my mom and sister to dine in for dinner expecting a good meal and experience. Unfortunately, what unfolded was incredibly disappointing and concerning.

Upon receiving our food, my mom noticed a large oriental cockroach nearby. She immediately notified the cashier—who offered no response or action. As we looked down, we saw multiple cockroaches crawling around the dining area. When we informed another staff member while packing up to leave, she casually said, “They knew.”

This was not only disturbing, but extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I’ve never encountered anything like this in a restaurant setting. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly—for the safety of other customers and the integrity of your brand.

Have been a Shane's patron for over 15 yrs. Today's visit wasn't pleasant. Restaurant very hot. I normally have to wear a sweater in air conditioning, but their felt like it was broken. Asked why so warm and was told new owner doesn't want high power bills. The food was still good. Servers were pleasant, but the atmosphere needs improvement.
