If I could give 9 stars I would! I ordered my food. The middle aged lady walked off with my change. I had to go up to the door and politely asked for my ranch that wasn't anywhere to found in the bag and my change. The lady proceeded to tell me they don't have any and literally threw my change at me and slammed the door closed.

The tater tots were a bit over-cooked. Oil needed to be changed. The cost of 2 kid's meals (NO TOY) and a small chicken nuggets was outrageously priced, in my opinion!

It's horrible. If you're lucky enough to give them your order, you're still gonna have a long wait. None of the parking intercoms work. The only ones getting their orders are the people that use the mobile app. A friend of mine waited 30 minutes at the drive through and never got to order, took up her whole lunch break!

good ocean water but forgot my FRESH cherries and added cherry syrup instead after i specifically asked for REAL cherries and they were out of cup holders!!! and they charged 59 cents for sprite zero..EXCUSE ME FOR BEING DIABETIC! 4/10 service will go back when they have new and better service who actually listens!

The franchise owner needs to do something about this sonic. They are so slow all the time no matter what time you go there. The owner needs to go work there and fix how slow it is. It should not take 45 minutes to get food you can go to a fancy restaurant and it would be faster than this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am currently pregnant and was craving Sonic. I ordered via the app and my husband went and picked up the order. We lived not even 5 mins from the restaurant (the way my husband drives), I was so excited and bite into my sandwich and it was TOUGH. My husband who has worked in fast food looked and said it was over cooked. The other items were ice cold, onions when we clearly removed them per order, over cooked fries and half decent coney. When calling the manager they started they stated they start making the order once we check in. They offered to remake it to which we accepted but my appetite was already ruined. I will not be returning unless something changes.
