After waiting for an unreasonable time for the car ahead of me to leave the menu board, I gave my order to the person who answered the drive-up menu board. She didn't tell me to pull around, so I waited and finally drove to the pickup window. I waited another unreasonable time for the car ahead to leave the pickup window. The employee said they did not have my order, so I gave it to her again. After yet another wait, I received my order (cheeseburger and tots). When I got home (less than 3 minutes from Sonic)and opened the bag, the cheeseburger was cold and the tots were barely warm. Also, she did not give me a receipt and there were no napkins in the bag.

Worst Sonic with a 50 mile radius. I've tried to eat here probably 10 times in the last 10 years. Ate here 3 times. Just don't have the patience for rude employees and non-existent customer service. I'm currently sitting here. I pressed the red button 5 minutes ago. I'll most likely just drive off before they answer. It's always like this. Whoever owns this particular franchise is an absolute fool. I've rarely seen such a poor excuse for fast food.

My husband came through the drive thru and ordered 2 BLT sandwiches and a lg strawberry slush and got home in Alabama to eat them with his wife and they were 2 cheeseburgers instead. The wife is allergic to Cheese and since it's to far to return she had to do with out Not Cool Sonic... This is not the 1st time your Rome store has done this!

EDIT TO ADD: the lime hated are BACK! I have been back at least three times since I wrote the review. Two times I had to ask and verify lines were in the drinks (they were not and the employee had to bring them out separately) and the last time, they put lime syrup in the drink instead of actual limes. I know that’s a petty argument, but lime syrup is NOT the same as a fresh lime. Please for the love of all things start putting limes in the drinks that literally have lime in the name.
If I get one more cherry limeade where someone forgets my limes I might lose my mind. I frequent the Sonic maybe 3 times a week to grab a cherry limeade and 1/10 times they MIGHT have the limes. If I am paying for something, I want to get what I payed for. I order on the app and it is always very clear what I order (a large cherry limeade with extra cherry flavor). The app still says that it will include limes and cherries and they always bring it out as just cherry sprite, no limes no cherries.

Everything about this place is ughhh the food is HORRIBLE I won't eat anything from here I've tried the burgers 🤮, I've tried chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets EVERYTIME they were HARD and NOT EDIBLE either over cooked or set to long! The Slushies are good though but it is expensive it was like 33$ for 2 slushies and mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers (for my fiancee)

If I could give 9 stars I would! I ordered my food. The middle aged lady walked off with my change. I had to go up to the door and politely asked for my ranch that wasn't anywhere to found in the bag and my change. The lady proceeded to tell me they don't have any and literally threw my change at me and slammed the door closed.

The tater tots were a bit over-cooked. Oil needed to be changed. The cost of 2 kid's meals (NO TOY) and a small chicken nuggets was outrageously priced, in my opinion!

Me and my wife stopped by for milkshakes we ordered a chocolate milkshake and a banana milkshake instead we got 2 cups of vanilla ice cream when we nicely mentioned this was not what we ordered we was told that's all we have

It's horrible. If you're lucky enough to give them your order, you're still gonna have a long wait. None of the parking intercoms work. The only ones getting their orders are the people that use the mobile app. A friend of mine waited 30 minutes at the drive through and never got to order, took up her whole lunch break!
