These guys came to the after party at our daughter’s and SIL’s wedding and showed up the catered food (saying something)!!! The food was delicious, the service was great! They were such a fun addition to our celebration! Would highly recommend for any event! How can you go wrong with incredible grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup?!!!???

Best grilled cheese and tomato basil bisque I've ever had!! Spinach and artichoke are always a winner, but this is the only place I've seen them in a grilled cheese and Speakcheesy delivered and did not disappoint! Wonderful people, too? I hope I find this truck again.

I got their Chaffle and “Gravy” and OMG. There are no words. It is such a yummy, unique taste that my mouth didn't know what to do. The "waffle" is so light and fluffy and the egg, cheese and sausage is explosive with flavor. Definately want another.

By happy chance I met these fine folks at a mkt. in North Georgia. Wow !! Great food with no wait time . My food was ready so quickly that I had to go back after I ate to get to know these friendly folks just a little better. Can't wait to run into them again at a market or festival in the future

Can NOT say enough about our experience at LifeHope Healing Med Spa with Speakcheesy. Tomato soup and grilled cheese will never be the same again. We have officially been ruined. Anyone that thinks a grilled cheese is just bread and cheese warmed up owes it to themselves to try this. We had the food truck out at an event of ours this past week. Speakcheesy was a HIT! How in the world you cook for that many people and each serving is as good as the last when you’re moving that quickly … it’s nothing short of an art form. Not only is the truck the cutest thing ever and a great addition to our fall themed one year anniversary, but the owners truly love what they do and it 100% comes across in the finished product. Can any tomato soup and grilled cheese be that good?? Try for yourself and let’s talk afterwards. Take the challenge. You will be thrilled that you did.

Delicious! I got a more classic-style sandwich, but my fiancé got one of their more inventive ones and we both loved our meal. There was no skimping on the cheese! The sides were excellent, too.
