In the past I had left a bad review due to inconsistent hours that didn't make sense with normal times to want coffee. They have made adjustments and I feel like they deserve a better review. The last few times I have been they have the items I ask for. Their hours make more sense and the staff are really friendly.
I was visiting Berry College this past weekend. My wife wanted Iced Coffee from your store at the Krannert Center/Berry College Bookstore location. While I looked in the bookstore my wife went next door. She waited for what seemed forever while the employee told a fellow employee how terrible veterans were treated. When my wife finally asked for her iced coffee she was informed they were out. I respect the service of all our veterans but maybe this conversation could have waited...
