We placed order on line and we parked infront of store. Waiting 10 minutes for our order. Spent $22.00 for two coffee's that tasted like weak tea. Tried to doctor up with vanilla syrup but finally poured out.

No planning went into the parking lot of this SB. Additionally, I have almost ALWAYS had to ask for my order upon arrival, as the mobile orders are kept behind the counter, out of customer reach. This location is nothing like the Turner McCall location or like any other location I've been to. 6/10 recommend. Plan to also have a difficult parking situation.

I used to travel all over the country and I’ve been in my share of coffee shops. Hands-down, no questions. This is the best Starbucks in the country. The atmosphere the setting arrangement is great. But what makes this place so good is the manager the co-managers and the employees.
Amanda is a fabulous manager of this location. Elise is my new best friend. She runs this like a tight ship along with Alex Charlotte and all the other others. 50% of why we go there it’s probably because the people they’re so damn nice. If you want true service with a smile, great drinks come here. You won’t regret it we love you guys.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks, its always something. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Turner McCall location. Multiple occasions the drive thru cashiers have been rude and have given attitude. If you order mobile too soon, youll be told to get out of line for a bit. Never have to deal with anything of the sort at the turner mccall location. You can mobile order in line everytime and get your order and the servers are amazing.

While going through the drive through at Starbucks today, both the ladies who took our order and gave us our drinks were incredibly dismissive and impolite. The lady who took our order mumbled throughout the entire interaction (if she spoke at all, which she barely did), and the lady who gave us our drinks did not even acknowledge me. It is quite clear that their actions were racially motivated. The worst experience..

I recently visited the Starbucks in Rome, GA, and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The service was exceptional, and the baristas truly made my visit memorable. They were not only efficient and quick in preparing my order but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to ensure my drink was made exactly to my liking and even offered some great recommendations.
The coffee, as always, was top-notch. The baristas clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in the quality of the drinks they serve. My latte was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of flavors. The attention to detail and the care they put into each cup made a significant difference.

My wife and I went to Starbucks tonight around 9pm and ordered a Grande Caramel Frappe for myself. I applaud whoever made my frappe because this has been the best drink that I have tasted this entire week. Whoever it was that made my drink I thank you for blessing my tastebuds.
