You place your own order on a kiosk, then pick up your food, fix your drink( unless it's a milkshake) then bus your own table. On the kiosk it ask for a tip amount.....for what!? I did everything but fix my food. Food was amazing though!

I eat here about once a week, the food is usually hot and fresh. The sweet tea needs sugar. The restaurant is clean and the staff has always been nice. I'd eat here more often if it weren't so expensive.

The Rome, Georgia location their milkshakes are always watered down and melted. They’re not very good at all a milkshake should be a milkshake not a milk consistency no kind of frozen at all other than that it would be perfect because they have a variety of choices, but they just don’t make them right there or something.

Absolutely worst service. The guy on the drive-through speaker and the lady at the drive-through window did not understand me at all or just did not care at all. They had 2 customers in front of me arguing with them as well because they did not speak english....i speak bad spanish but was able to alteast get the idea of my burger across to them. They still got my whole order wrong. I used to love this place and would come 1-2 times a week with my wife and kids. Now i will not go inside. No waitress its all done by computets now, and its extremely dirty now. Tried the drive through this time and cant even understand me unless i try to use my horrible spanish skills. I love spanish but i suck at understanding it to be honest. Worst drive through experience in Rome GA by far.
