Absolutely worst service. The guy on the drive-through speaker and the lady at the drive-through window did not understand me at all or just did not care at all. They had 2 customers in front of me arguing with them as well because they did not speak english....i speak bad spanish but was able to alteast get the idea of my burger across to them. They still got my whole order wrong. I used to love this place and would come 1-2 times a week with my wife and kids. Now i will not go inside. No waitress its all done by computets now, and its extremely dirty now. Tried the drive through this time and cant even understand me unless i try to use my horrible spanish skills. I love spanish but i suck at understanding it to be honest. Worst drive through experience in Rome GA by far.

Especially in this business. Pray you guys know his Worth and paying him accordingly? Sure your success at this location is only because of how Michael chooses to run this place! I don't go here that often. Awhile back I had a negative experience so didn't return for some time. However, I've gone twice recently and it was very good. Obviously they have a whole new crew now.. makes so much difference!
