Tried ordering online and it looked like the transaction was completed but kept taking my wife back to the pay screen so we tried calling multiple times with no answer to see if the transaction went thru so we wouldn't get two orders. Wife is driving up there now. I understand that they may be busy but they should answer the phone. Very unprofessional and annoying 😑

Friendly service, fast. Clean but pretty small and confined eating space- not an issue for me, since I always take it to go, but I wouldn't meet there for a business lunch. Honors coupons, which a lot of subways (especially the ones in Walmart) try to snake out of.

This location has had issues in the past for me, often making sandwiches incorrectly. Today, I paid $60 for 4 subs, because this location is too cheap to honor the national promotions, and when I waited 10 minutes after I was notified it was ready, I was informed that they didn’t have 3 ingredients that were a part of 3 of my 4 sandwiches. No offer to fix, no apology, just “oh, we didn’t have what you ordered.” And left a bag on the counter. If you don’t have something, notify me and let me decide if you keep my money or not. This is terrible customer service and now my kids are upset and I still paid a premium to be in this position. Thanks a lot.

The sandwiches were good but I had to ask them to break out some new lettuce. The lettuce and spinach leaves were both wilted. Lettuce was pink, eat fresh right? 🤢 😬 not sure if one of the girls just wasn't feeling well but she seemed to have an attitude. I was polite and just got my food and went. I thought about skipping the tip but I know they only make 9-10$/hr and just wanted to be nice to help them out a little. I know y'all ready to go home but if y'all can't have a positive attitude than you gotta switch to a job where you don't work with the public 🤷🏼‍♀️

The world has moved on since COVID, and many businesses, such as this one, are running 2 restaurants out of 1 storefront, one that is online and one in person. You might consider setting up a separate station to process online orders. Another option is to train your employees to, when pausing lunch service to make a bunch of online orders, look up at the person they are making wait. Perhaps they could even greet the person, smile, or apologize for the delay. The current system of completely ignoring the person who has been waiting while the employee makes 12+ sandwiches, doesn't work.

This is the best Subway, anywhere. The people are great! Good attitudes are rare in the business. Everyone I have ever spoken with at this location always has a smile and a compliment!

I go here to get subs but I don't eat here, I take my subs home and it at home, so I'm "unsure" about the atmosphere. Most places I don't like eating in because the music is too worldly. Hence why I like places with a drive thru so I can listen to Christian content / music and not be bothered by what is coming into my mind. I would eat my subs in my car if I drive to Subway but I typically walk to Subway.
