I just ordered from 6 mile Rome ga. I asked x- mayo. Not.
Toasted...not.
My granddaughter was upset. She asked for cheese dip. Did not get it. Cinnamon roll up. They didn't have any. That's false advertisement. So she wanted a cookie. Didn't get that either. I called the number thay had but they don't even have a phone. What the crap. What's wrong with those people.
Ordered online, arrived 15 minutes later, they didn’t even do my order, put other orders in front of mine, and made me wait in line with non-online orders until they made mine. Only one person working. Horrible!

We ordered the Beast and Garlic Roast Beef Footlongs on Sunday April 11th 2024.We got all the meat that suppose to be on the sandwiches, but the server didn't put the regular vegetables that was supposed to be on the sandwiches. We even had add-on vegetables we paid for that we didn't get.We felt like we didn't get what we paid for.This is not the only time this happen when we ordered online.Very disappointed! ?

Food is ok if you can get it. They "open" at 7, but they don't serve food until 8 or 8:30 according to the employees. Hmmm. That's strange.

There's not enough stars to rate the kindness of the staff at this location after sharing my last experience at the calhoun location with them. If more companies had employees with this kind of dedication the world would be a better place.they made an amazing sandwich as well and had my favorite chips in stock ?

My family lives in Cedartown. We go to the 6 miles location for Subway. It is always good! Morgan is the one who usually makes my sandwiches. And she is phenomenal, she does a terrific job! I cannot remember the other lady's name who makes my sub sandwiches. When Morgan isn't there but she does a terrific job as well. And I wish I knew her name and she's told me I just cannot think of it. I think her name may be Tiffany. I am picky I will not lie lol we get 3 different subs and we always get the same ones,Morgan remembers our subs even though they are all different. The atmosphere is happy they are always smiling and always try to get to know every customer. They are genuinely caring.This place hasn't always been good to be honest but it was different people working here then of you haven't been lately because of how this used to be give this Subway another try. You won't be disappointed!

Never open on time. I mean never…. You might be lucky to get a sandwich by 12pm! The excuses are always “I’m the only one here” never any vegetables, never a selection of bread… I mean come on Subway!!!!! This is the most inconsistent Subway I have ever seen. This location is great and could make a ton of money… but you can’t make money when your not open and you don’t have the items to make ANY of your sandwiches….
Food was cold and they opened 37 minutes late
6th time I've stopped and they have only been open once. I asked the gas station clerk if they were ever open and she said they don't come in till later. It's 2 pm so they don't do lunch here?

They need to find new employees that want to work here or train these employees better. Can't even wrap a simple wrap anymore. This store was ran alot better when Shelby was running it.

This is the 4th time I’ve come here so I wouldn’t have to drive to town and the last two times it’s been below satisfactory. The veggies are soggy, super brown lettuce, they are out of condiments and meats. The cookies are hard as ever and no chips stocked whatsoever and as some of the other reviews the employees just don’t care and it shows. The sandwiches are just thrown together and produce is just below the standard even. Sure if the health inspector walked in it would be a definite 60. I didn’t even finish my sandwich the second time around it was so terrible. I rather just drive in to town after the last 2 experiences. Retrain & revamp altogether. A smile and greet would have been nice.
10:20 Tuesday morning and they are closed??? Subway it’s self should be begging for customers due to their outrageous prices for a much lesser quality sandwich. Firehouse is the same price yet 3 times better quality food plus service!!! Subway should close shop for good or get on the same page as these other sandwiches places that have much better quality food and service!!! 5 people had to walk away due to them being closed for…….no explanation!!!
I understand the pandemic has put us all on edge but it’s clear that these girls don’t care! No customer service, no acknowledgement that you’re there, a paying customer, no smile, no thank you, nothing. Neither girls were wearing their hats/hair nets yesterday. No chips were stocked, no cookies stocked @ lunch time, and I was ignored so the girl could start on a To-go order. I understand if to go orders are top priority if at least acknowledge that you saw I’ve been standing there in line patiently waiting. Retrain.
