Had a large event on a Sunday. Needed 780 meals with 6” sub, bag of chips & cookie (all 780 “meals” bagged separately for grab & go). Kumar was great to work with. The meals were great and exceeded our expectations! Will definitely use them again.
Thanks for making this such a smooth transaction!

9/28/24 ??I just wanted to take a second to write this review for this Subway location…I love a good sandwich (it makes me feel like I’m being healthy?) and I get a bit annoyed? when what I was craving falls short, I have friends & family throughout Rome so I have cause to visit several subways and for a while it’s a game of hit and miss, ?mostly miss, …from one person doing the job of 4 that’s not so happy to be there and the attitude & quality shows (but as a service worker I totally understand)… to not taking coupons ….however there is one I can ALWAYS count on to be fresh & delicious (no dry ass crusty edges, ?if you know you know) & the owner/workers are so nice & obviously take pride in their own business. They took over the store while ago and I haven’t had a bad sandwich since & again they take coupons, however, they do have a list of the subs you can get..because people come in with a 2 for $12 coupon and want 2 $16 meals??‍♀️…like anywhere else if you want extra you pay extra, don’t be greedy!! ?In closing, this place is great & FRESH!! And the people are nice, they don’t even look at me funny when I ask them to take some of the bread out!! You should go see and taste ? for yourself! Oh, and their oatmeal raisin cookies (3 for $2) are fresh too!!

It's not that hard to put a sign or something up saying no drive thru. Some people are nice enough to sit at drive thru for a minute or two cause it may be busy inside. Nice to see on line orders come first before walk ins.

I went there today to get a turkey wrap. I ordered he made it. I thought everything was great. But I got home unwrapped it to eat it. I took a bite and knocked my tooth loose. It was so tough to bite through seems as tho the bread has been sitting for a while. Plus it looks like I will be making a trip to the dentist as well. Definitely not worth $12.30. Please save your money! Do not GO!

When you franchise out these stores nine out of 10 of them will not honor your mail coupons most of the staff in all of these stores have a snail's face and they also have a questionable hygiene. The manager is a douche

Subway is one of the few fast food joints that I can eat now due to health issues at other fast food joint. As a sit down customer, it is super annoying to have a drive thru, most Subways aren't ment for the "drive thru" experience. The line for sit down customers was quite long after I sat down with my food because they were working on a few drive thru orders, it is one of those situations that it is a lose lose lose situations, sit down customers, drive thru customers and the workers lose because it is too much going on. Chick-fil-A, McDonald's and Taco Bell are the only 3 giants that have a good fast food drive thru experience all the other fast food joints that have drive thrus suck.

My husband and I came to this location after dropping our daughter off at school. Website said opens at 8am and so does the door. If they aren’t going to open up at 8 then they shouldn’t advertise it!

My Papaw and I came here because we received coupons through the mail. It was clean inside. But when we tried to redeem our coupons, we couldn’t use them for any of the regular menu sandwiches and had to pick from the “Build Your Own” menu.I had a coupon for a $6.99 foot long. My papaw had one for a 6” with chips and a drink for $6.99. We also had a coupon for a FREE cookie with ANY purchase. They told us they would not accept any coupon with the word “Free” on it and told us we were welcome to purchase a cookie for 89 cents plus tax. Both of us just felt awkwardly uncomfortable afterwards. I doubt we will return.

If they would only take coupons and give discounts to seniors like they advertise on TV. Also the BOGO 50% off would probably get them more business. I know I would eat there more often.

I fear that this is my first ever real Karen moment. Not gonna lie, this older guy had me shook that was working at this Subway. (He might be a manager but I legit don’t know… LOL) I normally don’t complain about things like this - but in this specific case I feel like I have to. I went to Subway with a coupon for a $7 sub. Mind you - I could see which subs were exempt from this coupon. None of the subs in the fine print were ones that I’d normally order, so I felt like I was in the clear. When I presented this coupon to the older man, he told me it wouldn’t work for the sub that I wanted. (Immediately, I was confused but whatever.) So to get the sub I wanted, I told him I just wouldn’t use the coupon and I’d pay the normal price. He was okay with that and I proceeded to ask for the sub I always get. I know what comes on it, but I decided to double-check to with this man so I could make sure I’d be paying for the right thing. Nonetheless, he lists off what’s on it and it’s all correct. So, I place the order and ask that he takes off the tomatoes, onions, and adds provolone cheese. He agreed.I get home with my sub, and what was supposed to be chicken, bacon, ranch, and lettuce ended up being chicken, bacon, ranch, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, jalapeños, olives, green peppers, and banana peppers. Thankfully, he did not put tomato and onion! I felt the need to call the store because I paid full price for my sub to be almost completely wrong. I was being very nice with him and he proceeded to say that he remembered that I was the girl that came in with the coupon I couldn’t use and that he made the sub the way I asked. Dude was gaslighting me. I was bamboozled. I felt like he found a loophole he could use because he said “You asked for everything but tomato and onion.” I found that crazy because I didn’t recall ordering the entire veggie section of Subway. The conversation essentially ended with the guy saying “That's what you ordered and I’m sorry if you don’t like it. Goodbye.” Additionally, I didn’t remember ordering beef with the Subway employee, but I got that as well. All in all - beware of the old guy.

Charged me 2.89 for the 2.75 combo add on before tax. Not terrible but I still feel cheated

Let me start by saying, we have had subs from this restaurant in the past, and it was quite good. That was less than a year ago. So, yesterday my buddy and I went to this particular Subway to pick up a couple of sandwiches for ourselves after a heavy day of running errands. My buddy had a couple of coupons that allowed us to get 2 foot-longs for $12.99. There were 2 people working the counter and register that afternoon. They appeared to be a husband and wife team. The man made sandwiches and the woman worked the register. We gave the guy our orders and he was doing his very best to point out things in our order that wouldn't be covered by the coupons. Also, he was very short and rude to us. Both of them acted as if we were bothering them. As we stood there making corrections to our order that would accommodate our coupons, the guy making our sandwiches was getting really, and I do mean REALLY chinsy with any kind of meat for our sandwiches. If he bothered to speak to us, he was snippy, if you know what I mean. Then, when the sandwiches were finally done, he passed them to the woman, we gave her the coupons, expecting her to honor them. But, she took one look at them, tossed them on the counter and said that the coupons would not cover a good part of my buddy's order. When my buddy challenged her on her decision, she got rude and said, in a loud voice, that my buddy's sandwich would not be covered. She said that we could just pay the total amount and go. At that point we had had it and left her standing there with our 2 sandwiches.About an hour later, my buddy went to the Subway website, placed our order again, ran the coupons, got the verification code and paid for it. He got a notification that our order was ready to be picked up. We went, he got out and went inside. Not even a minute later, he came out with our full order. Apparently, the couple behind the counter lied to us, saying that certain things on our order were not covered by our coupons. Outright LIED.Sorry for the long rant. But, I had to point this out. If you are into rude employees, cheaply made products and being lied to, then I guess this is the place for you. But, if you're looking for high-quality products, friendly and welcoming staff and staff who make you feel warm and welcomed, then do NOT step foot in this Subway. Disrespect, rudeness, poor quality product. That is what awaits you in this Subway. Please people, run in the other direction. This place is not worth your time, effort or money. If you want a good place for lunch or dinner, try Pasquale's, just up the road. THEY know how to treat their customers right.

Parking: Parking here has its difficulty. If you pull in, you might find yourself in the order line.
