AI speaker is trash. Doesn't wait long enough for you to finish speaking before it starts speaking again and then gets the order wrong. Also dining room is super boring.

Placed a mobile order at 1:53am. Waited till 2:30am and it STILL wasn’t ready and there were no cars in line. Left without my food and went elsewhere. They finally notified me at 2:40am that it was ready. Almost an HOUR for a mobile at TACO BELL? Crazy work.

We came in to dine as part of our date. It’s 9:15, no one’s in the dining room, but apparently they’re too busy to wipe the tables (all but one was dirty) or straighten the chairs. Elementary school cafeterias are cleaner than this. If your mission is to discourage people from dining inside, between the kiosks and the filth — mission accomplished. I won’t dine here or visit the drive-thru again. What a joke! We’ve been here 15 minutes and still haven’t been addressed by an employee. Poor form, Taco Bell. 👎

Service here is terrible, and the employees don't care about the quality of the food, service, or customer relations. They just throw things together in a mess and leave stuff off of orders. Do not recommend it. Go to one of the other 2 Taco Bells in Rome. They are so much better.

I'm just not comfortable with the no human contact at all costs direction TB is headed, now they've hired the comcast robot to take drive through orders and it got my order wrong. Food and facilities. Along with the staff you do encounter are ok, robots not so much

Customer service is ridiculous here. Employees mocked my orders, while I was made to come inside to wait for them. What kind of manager allows there employees to mock their customers while waiting for their orders? I’m always missing something from the store. First time I ordered here I didn’t get my drink, I never get my sauces, and every time I order a bowl my customizations are ignored. When your customer service is bad, you lose customers there are plenty of Taco Bell’s to order from. Poor management and awful customer service.

I placed an order inside and waited 45 minutes just to find out my food had been ready the whole time just sitting there. Several people who placed their order AFTER me had gotten their food ahead of me but still waited at least 20-30 minutes. I should’ve just asked for a refund but instead left with cold and soggy tacos.

This location will not pay attention to the details of your mobile order. I requested Chipotle sauce on my chalupa instead of sour cream. I got no Chipotle. It was absolutely loaded with sour cream. This has happened twice. I let the first time slide because it could have been an oversight. They just aren't paying attention or they don't care.

Disappointed and Frustrated Experience

I had a very disappointing visit to this Taco Bell location. Unfortunately, several issues with my order left me frustrated and feeling like my money was wasted.

I went through the drive-thru and placed a $49 order, which included 3 Chicken Crunchwrap Supremes, 1 Chicken Quesadilla, 3 Doritos Locos Tacos (specifically requested with chicken), and a 12-pack of Cinnabon Delights. Here’s what went wrong:
1. Incorrect and Missing Items:
• I only received 2 Chicken Crunchwrap Supremes instead of 3.
• The Doritos Locos Tacos, which I paid extra to have made with chicken, were given to me with beef instead, even though I don’t eat beef. Those went straight to the trash.
• With items missing, my group had to share what little food we had, and it wasn’t enough.
2. Quality Issues:
• The Crunchwrap Supremes were incredibly disappointing—thin, poorly made, and barely filled. They were worse than the tacos in size and substance, which is not what I expect from Taco Bell.

Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for food I didn’t receive and couldn’t eat, and what I did receive was of very poor quality.

I hope this review encourages the management to improve their service, food preparation, and attention to customer requests. I would love to see better consistency and quality in the future, as this visit was far from the Taco Bell standard I’ve enjoyed in the past.
