Placed an order and when it was delivered it was completely wrong and missing 4 items. When we called to ask what could be done the employee that answered was rude and disrespectful then proceed to hang up on my wife as she was talking

This is the absolute worst Taco bell I have ever been to I have 16000 deliveries under my belt with doordash and this is the worst place ever I walked in to pick up my dash order no one acknowledged me at all I was standing at the counter there was a receipt laying on the counter I glanced at it to see if it was for my order I did not pick it up the gm came running from the back of the store screaming at me you don't look at that I was like I'm sorry I have been standing here 10mins no one said anything to me I thought it might be the receipt for my order I finally got my order 20 mins later I said ty very much trying to be nice and she ignored me worst crew at that Taco bell ever to

Didn’t add any of the extra things I paid for to add on my burritos which were also half the size. Staff was just hanging out like there chilling out at home talking and one holding his pants up with his hand, stretching . The pictures are the grilled cheese burrito. Look how thin and small they are also the inside had barely anything in it!!!

Of the 2 locations in city limits this is the 1 I'd suggest you go to. But I placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before I got there. Had to add stuff to my order. Went inside and got the extra stuff but waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order. Idk what happened, but the service has dipped dramatically over the past few months
