Long wait for a small order 3 people in drive through standing around talking not asking anyone if they need help while continuing to talk without a worry in the world

Awful... Checked out at the kiosk. Wanted to pay at the counter. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come. Take my money was waiting another 30 minutes for my food and everyone that checked out before me got their food. Nobody would come up there, nobody would talk, nobody resolved anything. And I was just standing there waiting on my food, and I asked him, I said, is it because they just took my money after me standing here waiting so long... So my food didn't go through. I was like because I've been standing here. And he just didn't care and I was on time crunch and couldn't just stand there.I had somewhere to be.. He just handed me my food and walked away after it was done.

I eat here all of the time and never have any issues so I was surprised when I went for breakfast Tuesday morning and didn’t get any of the sauce I asked for.. I sat at the window waiting for help and both employees kept walking by on their phones, staring at me then walking off. One looked me dead in my eyes and walked off texting.. the other looked me dead in my eyes and went outside and took a phone call. Both of them kept randomly popping up at the window to stare at me and mumbling things to each other. After all of that, they finally opened the window to see what I needed. So rude & unnecessary. Take care of the customers then go on about your day.

No help. You have to order everything on the digital pad. If you have trouble or questions then there is no one that will help you. I called out for help at the counter and even gently shouted. But they all just ignored me. I left and went down the road to Del Taco. A Del Taco they were friendly and very helpful and good food

Just ordered the nacho Belgrande meal. It barely had anything on it! If you’re going to charge $12, atleast be sure customers get enough MEAT! Stop being stingy 😡

I ordered two burritos. Both were supposed to be grilled, but only one was. On one of them (that usually came with cabbage), I asked for no cabbage, but they still gave me cabbage anyway. On this burrito they also overcooked the chicken. On the other burrito (the one that was not grilled), I had asked them to swap the beef for steak. Instead of giving me steak, they gave me no meat at all. In other words, they completely butchered my order. Additionally, the tables weren't super clean, one of their tables has been flat out broken for several months, and one of their self-order kiosks is finicky and laggy. Not a fantastic experience. 4/10, do not recommend. (Oh, and they no longer call out your actual full name, so I didn't realize my order was ready until nobody claimed it. Doing just initials is stupid and causes unnecessary confusion.)

Its a 50/50 kind of place, maybe good maybe not, you never know what youll get.
Many times i have payed for extra beef & sour cream and many times i have not received what i paid for. All i could ever ask for the workers, is to please, pay attention, and atleast do your job somewhat correctly. Money is tight these days, and of all people, yall should know.
