It’s just not the same . I know Rome doesn’t have the same attitude that The varsity is iconic and ful of tradition to Ga . It’s great food when fresh . You can tell they are struggling so food is not being moved out . I was so disappointed buns medium hard and small not fluffy and soft . Onion rings sat to long being limp not crunch . Please fix its part of my childhood!!
My husband and I are traveling and going through Rome Ga we spotted a Jr Varsity! Service was quick and friendly food was served hot just the way we like it. 😋 Not greasy at all, just perfect... Young folks running the Varsity too they were great! 👍😁 Showed genuine customer service!!! Thank you all! God bless 🥰
This was the best Varsity I have been to with regards to the food. The original is great but the folks in Rome are frying things up right. Not greasy. And super crispy. The service side was very good. Even busy they were attentive to everyone that came in. Quick.
