Got pretty tore up over the junior frosty coupon? I've gone to multiple Wendy's and the one on Turner McCall will not honor them when I go pick up my door dashes when technically I'm working through their purchases and they still refuse to give you the frosty. 😆. But in Cartersville they don't bat an eye bout em' they just give you your free frosty lol. Rome Wendy's managers take that purchase serious which if you wanna get technically it does say with any purchase I read on back of frosty tab? But I never knew that until this Wendy's refused to give me my frosty even after grabbing my online order's 🙃 😅

I got the chicken sandwich biggie bag asked for my sandwich asked to be plain with ketchup, and I got a tiny piece of lettuce and mayonnaise on it and no ketchup i’m Changed my fries to bacon fries and three pieces bacon, not even cut up at all, not even cooked all the way but at least the chicken nuggets wasn’t burnt

Ordered 2 taco salads and 2 sweet teas the other night. Tea had no ice and the salads had no chili on it to make their version of a taco salad. We called and explained and the guy that answered had a smart mouth! Worst experience ever! Definitely wasn't worth the approximately 50 dollars it cost! Nighttime crew worse than daytime.

I waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no answer. I called the store and they said the manager said they could close 30 minutes early. Bad business

The employees were very rude. The lady that took my order through the drive thru was rushing and had an attitude. I asked the lady at the payment window one simple question about the spongebon meal and she got all rude saying well that's why we told you x when you ordered. I said ok thats fine can I just add another small frosy please, she did luckily. Lastly the lady at the 2nd window was very huffy about handing my order to me. I was thrown off due to my experience and pulled away from the window before I had my whole order so my husband went inside and got it. He said they acted like they had no idea what he was talking about even though we had just left the drive thru minutes ago. Eventually someone points to a random bag and says what's this and it ends up being the other part of the order. We leave and once we get in the car we realize that the krabby patty meal that I got for my little girl was just a normal Dave's combo? There was no indication of anything spongebob related on/ with it. It was just a normal Dave's single meal. I wanted to get this for my daughter because she loves spongebob and I thought she would love a spongebob inspired meal. I thought it would at the very least have a spongebob bag or wrapper. I didnt even end up telling her it was the krabby patty meal at all because it made no sense. Also, they were out of the pineapple frosty and they would only replace it with a drink and i had to buy her chocolate frosty seperate even though the meal was supposed to come with a frosty. I understand they were out of the pineapple but they could've atleast did a chocolate one and not make me pay extra for another chocolate one that should've been included in her meal. We spent too much money to be treated the way we were by the drive thru crew. Wont be revisiting this location.

They are AWFUL at this location!! They are always rude and their scanner is always broken. If you have a coupon they get an attitude with you and roll their eyes like little children. They are SO LAZY and put no effort in simple things like handing you your drinks!! I hate this location!! They need to fire the employees there and hire some competent staff! ??
