Well, they have a sign in the window saying they have no lettuce do to supply issues in the growing region. However, this Wendy's is in the FoodLion parking lot which, happens to sell lettuce. So, I don't get it!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got here at 9:40pm on Wednesday, March 26,2025. To sit at the drive-through for 5 minutes . Pulled around and waited at the window. The person came to the window to say they're closed. I said no ma'am it doesn't close until 10pm. The employees still had head sets on, and the lights were still on. We sat there again for another lady to come to the window, and I explained I've been sitting here waiting to place my order. She began to tell me there is no food and that she didn't have to take it order bc they were ready to go home. None of the employees would give me their names. I will be making a call in the morning as well. For this is wrong on all counts. This was at the Wendy's in Armuchee.

I am SHAKING mad. I went to Wendy's in Armuchee (in front of Food Lion. We ordered food online, as we always do. And everytime we go, something is out. Ok. No biggie. Not an issue for me. That's FINE.
my daughter doesn't usually eat fries. I can maybe think of a hand full of times where she has. So we ordered apples instead. I ordered her a cheeseburger. And theirs are like JUST Cheese and ketchup. This kid loves her mustard, mayo, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce on hers. So, that's how I ordered it.
When we pulled to the window... there was a lady in there who I assume was the manager or something. She was SCREAMING at the other workers worse than you would a dog. I saw her facials and heard the screaming and thought ok. Must be having a hard day.
Then I hear her yelling about them being out of apples and then slings the window open and says... "we don't have any apples!!!" And I said ".... ok. Well... I guess just do fries? She won't eat them, but I guess I will."
She closed the window back and stormed off looking irritated as hell. Then she yelled at someone in the back "you still haven't gotten me that kids burger!!!"
Then she storms back to the window with a pissed off look and angrily says "so..... your kid won't eat FRIES... but they'll eat mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes..." (almost as if I was getting a kids meal for myself... though we ordered 3 other burgers, chili and baked potato.. not to mention, this kid eats better than me. Im meat, cheese and ketchup only gal! though either way, its not any of her business on who eats what.)
I was dumbfounded. I looked and her with my brows raised and said... "uh... yeah...she DOES eat all of that! She loves it. She eats salads too! They're her favorite!" Then I jerked the bag out of her hand and tossed it back to my child. And said "here's YOUR burger baby."
Then she saw I was about ready to jump through the window to tell her about herself. She changed her tone for a second and said "oh. No. I'm not saying anything bad about it... I'm just saying MY grandkids wouldn't ever eat stuff like that!"
This woman continued yelling at the workers, so awful. They were all young, probably first jobs and looked like they were all walking on eggshells.
Then I guess she knew I was about done... because my fiance heard it all through the phone and asked "is that HER yelling?!" And I said "yes! She's yelling at EVERYONE in there! She's being AWFUL to them!"
so when the rest of my food was ready, she had someone else hand it to me. While she stood behind the girl with a ridiculous look on her face.
I had to drive off, because I was ready to put it in park and go off. Had I not had my child with me. I likely would have.
This is NOT our first negative encounter with her. So yall. Avoid that Wendy's. Or at the VERY least... if you have teens, PLEASE don't have them go work there. Because those poor kids were put through so much, just in the short time I was there, so I can only imagine how it's like the rest of the time. They looked mortified.
