Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online for curbside pick up waited 30 mins on my order finally went inside to get my food. The food was very cold because it had been sitting so long! They want to charge you big prices but cant serve quality food on time!!!

First off, one of our cups had a hole in the bottom so it leaked all in our car, second one of our sauce packs has a needle size hole in the top, and third we ordered 3 six piece chicken tenders one of them had 4, well if you could call that chicken it was mostly bread and stringy. Do better zaxbys! All of the low cost of $41.06

I visited the Zaxbys in Rome, Ga on Turner Mccall. I think Zaxbys is highly overrated and overpriced! I paid $17 for a wings and things plate. I tried the new peach sweet tea which was way too sweet! The fries and wings weren’t hot. All of their sauces taste like crap. I hadn’t eaten Zaxbys in years and it looks like it will be the same way! It will be years before I eat it again if I ever do!! It’s disgusting and overpriced! Oh and the fries were overly salty!

Ordered ahead and maps took us to the wrong place. There wasn’t a Zaxbys. We finally went to a different place a few minutes away and they had to call the original store. They made us new food free of charge. The staff was so, so kind.

I recently visited the Zaxby's location in Turner McCall in Rome and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the General Manager, Sherri.

During my visit, there was a mix-up with my order. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that truly makes a difference. Sherri went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly and professionally. Her genuine concern for customer satisfaction was evident, and she ensured that my order was corrected promptly and accurately.

Sherri's dedication to providing top-notch service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and cares deeply about the patrons of her restaurant.

Kudos to Sherri and the entire team at Zaxby's in Rome for their commitment to excellence. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family!

Family five I get the Zaxby’s 20 piece, chicken family meal deal and a large order of fries.
It really upset me that the large order of fries is smaller portion size to one of the fries side that I got with the family deal. They say they weigh it. It’s 8 ounces clearly smaller portion size then offering me a gift card rather than giving me my money back so I said again no I want to refund for the large fry. This is not the first time that this is happened. But this time I said no I’m not putting up with this and asked for a refund.

I’m highly disappointed in this restaurant as they put profit over customer service. They would not sell me a large cup of ice because general manager said they could no longer do that. I know that $0.75 for a cup of ice is not near as profitable as selling an over priced drink but you can’t tell me you don’t make a little profit over selling a cup of ice for 75 cents. Styrofoam cups are not that expensive and you use more water washing your hands than it takes to fill a cup full of ice. Your competitors, Chick-a-fil and Jack’s, give out fee ice to their customers. I guess I continue my business with them as their customer service is so much better! This is no reflection on the employee, but the management.

I ordered from this Zaxby’s at 9:47pm & spend 35$. I placed my order & was waiting for a while in curbside. I went and checked & they told me a few more minutes & it will be out but i did not get my food until 10:45pm. I drove home (5 minutes down the street), I ordered an 6 piece tender plate with fries with extra seasoning & toast, A Cobb salad with FRIED CHICKEN, no tomato, no onions, & no cucumbers as well as a order of cheddar bites. I opened my food & EVERYTHING was cold, I asked & paid for extra seasoning on my fries and did not get that. The tenders were barely cooked & the fries were extremely cold. The salad did NOT have fried chicken instead it had grilled & it was not cooked all the way at all, the salad was brown & was absolutely disgusting. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been too & I will be going back to leave a complaint for the manager. this is absolutely horrible & I will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered a 6 peice chicken fingers with fries and egg rolls, and the food was cold. I barely got fries, and i have only 3 pieces instead of 6 chicken fingers.

I ordered using the curbside option on the app. When I got there, I parked in the curbside parking space and said I was here with the parking number on the app. The app said it was a success and my order was going to be brought out soon. After 15 minutes and the fact that other people got their curbside order first after they got there after me. I went inside with my order just sit to the side with my food getting cold. And I put no ice for the drinks and they still put ice in it. This was my very firstly curbside experience for a Zaxby's and this location is really awful at paying attention to detail.
