Quite possibly the worst food in Rome. Terrible customer service and unsanitary practices. The chicken is dry and hard. They scoop the ice with your cup which can lead to multiple food born illnesses. Steer clear of this location.

Everytime I go through here the food is good. But the customer service is crap. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and nobody would take my order. They act like it’s an issue to be working there. There are plenty of other jobs out there if you hate yours so much!

Very long wait for food every time I visit this location. Came during lunch time. You would think they would have food ready to serve at this time. Waited 30 minutes on one of thier main items. Very disappointed, doubt I will visit this location again. Save some time and choose somewhere else unless you have the time to wait.

Absolutely garbage!!! Couldn’t get my order right. My S/O found hair in her food and then gave us attitude because it’s our fault that the order was all screwed up. What a joke. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Our food was ready super fast but it was ALL cold, and I do mean all of it. We got two meals for $27 and were both pretty disappointed.

I literally only made a profile to give this place a review I try to
give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go here they pull me over to wait for my order and the food is absolute garbage. they only give about 3 wings and the other 2 are just breading that was coated with sauce. the tenders have a really bad texture, barely any fries and I just don’t understand why I have to wait so long for food that seems like it’s been sitting for a while. and if paying almost $50 for my food i’m expecting good quality but obviously this is not the case.

I will NEVER be back at this location. We had the worst service. Miss Shantell clearly did not want to be working that day and she was the rudest server we have ever had. Never again . . .

Place was dead. 5 employees standing around gossiping. Took 15 minutes to get a salad. Hardly nothing on it. Egg was frozen and hard as a rock. One small piece of bacon. I see why this place was dead. My last time eating here.

Not sure what all the hype is. Chicken was good but nothing to write home about. The lady at the counter was just rude. Very short and snappy. No greeting or anything like that', looked at us like we were idiots. This was our first time here and she treated us poorly.

Bad fries, weren’t cooked at all and literally 0 seasoning and they were so hard it hurt to chew.

I have been going to this Zaxbys a long time and twice now I’ve asked for sweet and spicy sauce on my chicken bacon ranch fries and have not gotten it.
