Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I literally only made a profile to give this place a review I try to
give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go here they pull me over to wait for my order and the food is absolute garbage. they only give about 3 wings and the other 2 are just breading that was coated with sauce. the tenders have a really bad texture, barely any fries and I just don’t understand why I have to wait so long for food that seems like it’s been sitting for a while. and if paying almost $50 for my food i’m expecting good quality but obviously this is not the case.

I will NEVER be back at this location. We had the worst service. Miss Shantell clearly did not want to be working that day and she was the rudest server we have ever had. Never again . . .

Place was dead. 5 employees standing around gossiping. Took 15 minutes to get a salad. Hardly nothing on it. Egg was frozen and hard as a rock. One small piece of bacon. I see why this place was dead. My last time eating here.

Not sure what all the hype is. Chicken was good but nothing to write home about. The lady at the counter was just rude. Very short and snappy. No greeting or anything like that', looked at us like we were idiots. This was our first time here and she treated us poorly.

I have been going to this Zaxbys a long time and twice now I’ve asked for sweet and spicy sauce on my chicken bacon ranch fries and have not gotten it.

They advertise curbside delivery. That's not true, I checked in when I got there, waited 10 minutes, checked in again, waited again and still nothing. I finally had to limp into the store on a very sprained ankle, found my order sitting on a shelving unit getting cold. Also, the egg rolls were burnt to a crisp and not edible. Very disappointed and my foot is killing me.

The front staff was not attentive. I asked what the difference was in two sandwiches and was told, "I don't know." After ordering one sandwich and she just looked at me, I changed my order to a salad. Didn't get dressing and then had to pay for it when I went back to ask. But it was a good salad, and their chicken is usually terrific.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender plate to go....waited 17 mins before I got my food

Ridiculous customer service. I received my meal food was old rubbery dry UNREAL !!!! Average person spends $15 definitely towards the top end of fast food but get better hot food
at the Piggly wiggly for half the price
