Staff was extremely rude and acted like we were in the wrong, even though we were just trying to tell them that the order they were giving us wasn’t correct. When I finally got my food my toast was burnt and there wasn't any napkins, straws, or anything. Such a bad experience I’ll take the longer route and go to another Zaxbys.

I am never the type to write reviews but this location has the most disrespectful employees I have seen at any fast food place in a long time. They all look so miserable & have the worst attitude. I get it no one absolutely wants to work but I promise having a positive attitude & smiling actually does improve your mood & make time go by faster. We waited at the drive thru window for about 5 minutes or more, in that time we noticed our supposed to be sweet teas were actually unsweet & they replaced them then told us to pull forward to wait on the food. I would like to note the only thing we ordered was a grilled cheese & 2 orders of fries. So we pull up & wait for another 5-10 minutes & in that time the 3 cars behind us had already gotten their food & pulled off. When we got our food it was good & fresh, that was one of the only good things about this experience. This Zaxbys location definitely needs to work on their communication skills, attitude & respectfulness.

Use to be so good it just seems to have gotten nasty, I dont think 5 fries on a whole meal plate is how it goes as well please do better especially for the prices you wanta charge ,and why everytime u come thru there its a different manager really needs to get it together.

Great service. Store was clean. Ordered a Zalad two zax packs and only took 10 minutes Store manager was sweet and very kind. I will eat here again most definitely.

Quite possibly the worst food in Rome. Terrible customer service and unsanitary practices. The chicken is dry and hard. They scoop the ice with your cup which can lead to multiple food born illnesses. Steer clear of this location.

Everytime I go through here the food is good. But the customer service is crap. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and nobody would take my order. They act like it’s an issue to be working there. There are plenty of other jobs out there if you hate yours so much!

Very long wait for food every time I visit this location. Came during lunch time. You would think they would have food ready to serve at this time. Waited 30 minutes on one of thier main items. Very disappointed, doubt I will visit this location again. Save some time and choose somewhere else unless you have the time to wait.

Absolutely garbage!!! Couldn’t get my order right. My S/O found hair in her food and then gave us attitude because it’s our fault that the order was all screwed up. What a joke. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Our food was ready super fast but it was ALL cold, and I do mean all of it. We got two meals for $27 and were both pretty disappointed.
