Great place to build your own burger with a quirky name and atmosphere. They have a "Milkshake Lab" which is kinda unique. The onion rings were great with the Aretha Frankenstein batter.....but really, really greasy. .....but, I guess that what make burger, fries and rings so good. Great place for a casual, laid back lunch.
We have eaten here a few times in the past couple years. Never have really been impressed. This past visit was one of the worse. There was only one table with four in the restaurant when we arrived so not busy but the one waitress seemed busy. She was on the phone taking orders I guess. Seemed like it took a long time for our meal to come out. When the cooks finally said “Order up” the waitress was on the phone. There were three people in the kitchen and two of them were milling...
To be honest, this might be one of the best if not the best burger in Chattanooga. They are for freshly prepared and well seasoned. The sides and shakes are incredible. Both the awesome burger and the barbecue burger were top notch. Add bacon for special treat. What gives this place low marks is the speed at which the staff moves. I’ve seen medium well filets come out of a kitchen faster. If you are looking for a fast lunch, this isn’t your place.
