Alan is a gem to work with and really came through to help feed our community after Easter Sunday’s tornado during the height of 2020’s Covid lockdown. We were looking to feed many families in our East Brainerd apartment complex that lost power from the tornado, not knowing when it would come back on. He made sure everyone got fed, with heaping portions, within our budget. He delivered everything we needed right to us and left supplies to make sure food remained warm from lunch to dinner time. Thank you Alan! You came through for an entire community at a scary time when everyone was social distancing, and then a tornado comes through and makes an already difficult time even more uncertain and terrifying. Your meals have never disappointed in the past, and your service is superb.

I had a wedding reception at Waterhouse Pavilion, and Alan and his fantastic team provided wonderful catering for my event! I initially hired Mr. Cohen for the event because he was willing to take on the challenge of working with a limited catering kitchen (it’s just an ice maker, a fridge, and a counter - no burners, oven, or microwave), but, after this event, he’d absolutely be my go-to for any event in Chattanooga! Planning was easy, his attention to detail in planning made the event go smoothly, and - most importantly - the food was absolutely delicious! I especially enjoyed the wine sauced meatballs, shrimp cocktail, beef skewers, and crab-stuffed mushrooms, and everything else was absolutely delicious as well. I very much enjoyed the cake too; it was just the right level of moisture and sponginess with a well-balanced frosting. Wish I had more pictures of the food, but I hope to follow-up once I get the photos from the photographer. You’re in good hands if you go with Catering by Alan!
