Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

COME ON REALLY,should not take 20 minutes to get 2 drinks that were ordered online and stuck there because I paid online in the app. Dr.p Dr. pepper and half sweet tea half unsweetened tea. 2ND TRY 2DAYS AGO: WHY WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE A CHEESEBURGER WHEN THE MEAT HAS BEEN SO BADLY BURNT ITS LIKE BITTING INTO A PIECE OF ACTUAL CHARCOAL!!!! WHATS WRONG WITH THESE EMPLOYEES. I was going to be late to a client meeting so needless to say I paid $13 to wait in drive line for 15 minutes thinking that surely since its taking longer than it would have for me to go home and make one myself that my complete meal would have been edible and my drink would be what i ordered. To much? O' ok! This is the last time i pay for 1 bun, veggies, cheese and 1 piece of coal !!!!! Ended up starving and throwing out entire meal. That's what I get not eating until lunch time. Starting to avoid this location, cant even get a decent drink here anymore.

Just went there and tried to order my usual #14 and ended up getting rocks for fries a burger and some toasted sandwich that only has lettuce and tomato on it. I don’t understand how you get all that from asking for a breakfast burrito and fry.
