Just went there and tried to order my usual #14 and ended up getting rocks for fries a burger and some toasted sandwich that only has lettuce and tomato on it. I don’t understand how you get all that from asking for a breakfast burrito and fry.

Ordered 3 meals today. Fries were horrible. Some fries were cooked so hard they weren't fit for human consumption. I called to complain person I talked with seamed un concerned but told me to bring them back. Didn't have time to return them. My question why would an employee sell something that bad.

Just stopped by this Sonic and requested a half vanilla half chocolate shake. The Sonic in Ft O makes these for me with no problem. But the female at the location said it could not be done. So, I requested a vanilla shake with one (1) squirt of chocolate. She was apparently upset with my order. When I begin drinking, I discover there a larger blob of chocolate at the bottom with no attempt to mix it up. I hate giving Sonic such a poor review, but when an employee does something so rude and inconsiderate to a customer, it is deserved.

When I pull up I asked..Is the beef for the burger been cooked long .Manager was like only 10 minutes. I get my burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, and burger dry..I was lied to. It had been cooked a good 45 minutes and the onions, lettuce and tomato was warm. You can't keep especially leave onions out with out getting a bacteria! Gross..! I'm just pissed cause the manager in charge Lied to me and now I'm getting sick ?

Drove up to the speaker with one car in front of me , waited at least 10 minutes while the guy in the car was talking and chatting with the guy on the speaker , then when I finally order and pull up , yet again the guy in the car is talking and chatting with the guy that came to the window and the guy who worked there was even hanging out the window doing fist bumps and shaking the guys hand , If you wanna hang out with your friends that's fine but you're at WORK. I shouldn't have to wait 15 / 20 minutes in a drive through line because you want to chit chat with your friends. Then when I FINALLY get to the window they don't even acknowledge me! The girl finally walks over towards the window who is taking orders and working the drive through window and I assumed she was coming to take my card. nope she just ignored me. After 10 MORE minutes sitting at the drive through window being ignored I decided to drive off. Absolutely ridiculous l.
