The lady taking my order was rude to me and the customer behind me. Over the intercom she acted like I was doing her a disservice by going through the drive through. And then when I got to the window she was talking to the person behind me through the intercom and says “that’s what I said already” and was just overall rude. I normally go to the older one further down on Rossville, but they are moving locations or something so I came here. I think that lady needs some more customer service training or something.

I went about 2 weeks after they opened and there were 3 people in drive thru in front of me and each one was out of there in 30 seconds...I didnt have time to get my wallet out and she was handing me my food..got home 1 mile from store and figured out WHY so fast! After paying about $3 a taco for supreme the hard shell tacos were soggy and fell apart...they obviously were premaking the food ahead of time and got a grill cheese wrap and my grandmother couldn't eat it with her teeth as it was so tough and chewy from sitting under HEAT LAMP as they were premaking all the food!! Ive been back a couple times and the soft tacos had hardly anything in it and now the mgr puts notes in the bag due to all the complaints I assume. l sent Corp. an email and NEVER heard back. Typical Taco Bell!! But WORSE!! 🔔 Rossville, W Crest Location. 🌮

Why did this place even open??? lol. Right down the road literally not even one minute down the road is a way better Taco Bell with way better service and they don’t skimp you on your food. Every time I’ve stopped here out of convince coming home down Cress Road their service is really awful and the food is just unbelievably bad. I just stopped there and the Crunchwrap had like nothing in it. It was so thin lol. And the supreme soft tacos had barely any beef and hardly anything else. It’s laughable. I am just sooo confused why open it right down the road from another location and make it this bad. It’s like whoever opened this had no idea what they were doing??? Rock on though.
I hadn’t been inside a Taco Bell in years since I usually just go through the drive thru but this location really surprised me. The restaurant is spotless, the food is always consistent and the staff is super friendly. I especially like using the touch screen kiosks right when you walk in because ordering is quick and convenient. Do not forget to check in with the Taco Bell app to earn points because they add up fast. I love having this new spot just down the road and it has become my go to stop for something quick before running errands.
