Toasted bagel wasn’t toasted really but warmed with butter on top which makes for a a doughy, pretzel like bagel. $1.99 for bagel, but $3.29 if you add butter… I think that pretty much does it for the review.

Super slow drive through service for a Sat morning. The person kept passing the window and didn't even look like they wanted to be here. Sat for over 20 min. I am hoping it was an off day but a horrible first time experience. I ordered a muffin and 1 toasted bagel.

The bagels aren't properly toasted and do taste a bit stale.

Love the bagels when they are available. Service could be better maybe a smile from the people at the counter. It's 1045 am on a Sunday and they are out of Everything bagels already and not willing to make anymore. They are open till 2 pm so you would think they would make another batch of everything. Idk seems weird to me.

FANTASTIC BAGELS and SANDWICHES! Good coffee. A little slow and pricey, but worth the wait and the $$. There are clean bathrooms and a great pet friendly patio, too.

Enjoyed our trip there with my big old loving college-age daughter. My breakfast bagel was delicious. Is she enjoyed hers as well. And they really give you plenty of smear if that's what you need! Will definitely go back when she's in town.

Worst bagel I have ever had in my entire life. I came first thing in the morning anticipating fresh warm bagel, you could tell almost immediately that the bagel was not fresh. The bagels I ordered were definitely a day old and disgusting. They toasted them to try and trick me. After biting into mine it was stale, so gross. Never going back. They also had no change so they shorted me .75 cents. Ha! Place is a disaster.
Great bagels but if you go for lunch you're going to be disappointed by their being out of whatever kind you want.

The egg was cold. I literally dug my fingers into my bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything and it was cold. How does that happen. I know they cook eggs and just let them air out for hoursssssa before serving them. Definitely unsafe and disgusting. I wasted $8 and spit out my first bite. The rest is in their trash.

Edited to add: Gave this place another chance (shame on me) and they made both our bagel sandwiches wrong. This store is the absolute worst.
By 10am, they’re out of 75%+ of their bagels and refuse to make more. Plus the staff is so unpleasant, rude and unbelievably slow. My family has been here probably half a dozen times hoping our experience will get better and it never does. We’ve sworn off going since we are always very disappointed in the food and the service.

One of my colleagues brings these bagels to our quarterly meetings and office celebrations. They are delicious and the cream cheese flavors are innovative. The team rushes to the bagels soon as those puppies hit the table!
