There was a dead rat on the floor behind the table we were going to sit. We told the employees, they had a confused look on their face, got a broom and dustpan and swept it up. Not one person apologized or acknowledged that there was a dead rat. Someone could have taken care of us for our inconvenience. Ruth, first off no one did apologize. In fact the bartender came and swept the rat up in front of us and never said a single word. The lack of apology is the one thing that really stuck out. When I say No one apologized I mean not one person - including the manager. Also desert was provided - because I ordered and paid for it. With that being said, we have been to Adele's many times and honestly a little nervous about going back. I am not asking for anything and was really apprehensive about saying anything but it really bothered me as I felt it was important that you were made aware.

The food was absolutely delicious! We visited Adele's on Canton for brunch and it was a great experience. The egg omelets were cooked to pure perfection and the beignets were very tasty with a light crunch. The shrimp poyboy was very good, complimented with some of the best fries in America! 5 stars ? !

Have been back several times since my initial review and now go once or twice a month. Smoked salmon, redfish, and scallops are fantastic. I see Adele's is closing next week. I will really miss it.

Located in the heart of Roswell, but tucked in the back with a country vibe of outdoor nature. It's a secret gem. Like it ?They serve more of Cajun and New Orleans dishes with care and homey as their style. The staffs are fabulously kind with sweet smiles and super helpful. We choose to seat outdoor and it was pleasant with decorations of green house ? in mind.We had the Trio with crawfish etouffee, shrimp ? Creole, and seafood gumbo. It was scrumptious. The lobster bisque was somewhat insanely delicious, creamy and comforting ?. Both of our hamburgers was cooked to our liking and the salad ? came with it was refreshing and healthy. Finally, the little thing like their sweet potatoes tots are addicted with crunch and naturally sweet. So good ???

Maybe I was missing something. The food was okay I had a sandwich not really what I wanted but I didn’t get Cajun vibes from menu at all. Sure there were some poyboys on the menu but is that really enough?

Adele’s is on my list of too three restaurants in all of Atlanta you must try when visiting. The food, ambience and service is the best around.

Far and away the best Cajun cuisine this side of New Orleans. Adele's has a warm neighborhood atmosphere and the service is consistently good. Try the lobster bisque and crawfish po' boy.

We went here for our rehearsal dinner with high hopes and were met with mediocre service and a terrible owner. For over $56/person, they gave us 3 trays of food for 30 people and were told by the owner that they would not be refilled... after talking to one of the chefs, he graciously agreed to replenish. The owner was not very kind to our group and made a plethora of promises that he could not keep. We were told that our whole group could be seated together but when we arrived, they had a table for 20 set up and 2 tables away from the group for the unlucky 10 who couldn't sit with the rest of the party. I'm not surprised to find out that this restaurant is closing. We still had a good time, as we were with good company, but will not be back.

We went for lunch today. We have been there a few times over the years and thought it was good but this was our third disappointing experience in a row. The place was not very crowded but the service was terrible and the food was mediocre. When an order at the table next to us came out wrong, the customer at that table (who obviously knew the bartender) said something to the bartender about the service and food quality had really gone down lately. The bartender responded "well, if the owners would ever show up it might help". That is all we needed to hear. We will not be back.

Came as a group of 20 and they had our table all set up outside and ready to go. Chef owner came out to greet us, super nice guy. Try the strawberry raspberry martini extremely good. Lemon drop martini pretty good too. I had the steak and it was fantastic! The mashed potatoes and asparagus that came with it were perfect.

I went to the Adele's on Holcombe Bridge before it moved and it was a great place to go. Had one of those "neighborhood " feels. Went back to Canton Road today and will never go again. Oysters were overcooked, and the staff was sullen and disinterested. Such a surprise. Of course it is now in Roswell where "uptown" is everything. So sorry. Won't go back. It was Sunday brunch day so maybe the crowd was too much?

Always a favorite of mine. What didn't know is they have a breakfast menu on weekends.Girlfriend had the breakfast sandwich and it was amazing - scrambled eggs bacon and cheese, the bacon was the real deal!I'm not a breakfast person so I asked for a oyster po boy which on the lunch menu only but they accommodated me! Thank you! The oysters were breaded perfectly! There is outside seating as well as indoors and a nice size bar. It is handicap accessible but tight spaces indoors to move in a wheelchair.

This place was fantastic. It was a beautiful little Cajun inspired restaurant in Roswell. Adele herself was there helping serve up some delicious red beans and rice, creole, and jambalaya. We also had the she crab soup and well that was delicious as well- and we thought we were done but we got Beneits to go which barely made it home. I would absolutely go there again! Also, if you know anyone needing a job in that area please send them to her! They would love the help.

The perfect spot for a lazy Sunday brunch! We’re addicted! The staff is phenomenal, they remember your preferences, the food is awesome and housed in a quaint bungalow in historic Roswell. Plus the owner is super-sweet!!

I attempted to take my wife to Adele's on her birthday. Adele's is more of a bar with a few tables to give it a slightly rustic restaurant feel. The hostess showed us to table promptly but we asked for a table in the back corner where we hoped it would be quieter. As it would turn out, the hostess would also be our server. When she returned to our table ready to assume her dual role she acted as if it were the first time she had laid eyes on us. No sooner than receiving our glasses of water the musical entertainment began setting up. This wasn't a good indication of a pleasant dining experience but we gave the performer the benefit of the doubt. After a few modulated chords and amplified lyrics we were out of there. I do not know why so many restaurant managers delude themselves into thinking their dining patrons are clamoring to hear loud, live music as they attempt to enjoy a peaceful meal. We plan on returning when the musician has the night off.
