This is our go to “neighborhood “ diner, that we have been coming to for ever! Last night, we stopped by for a quick bite. We ordered margarita pizza and Greek salad. We enjoyed our salad and were excited about the pizza. Needless to say, we were disappointed! The sauce was watery and running down the pizza, dough was not cooked all the way, pizza was lukewarm. It had shredded mozzarella but good amount of basil. Sent it back to cook or thoroughly, it came back with a hard crust
and runny top. I am not sure if they changed the sauces or new cooks, we didn’t enjoy our dinner. The waitress took soda off from our bill to compensate.

I ordered a penne pasta dish, chicken fingers anda salad. The salad came with salad dressing, but I had to ask for more dressing as what I received with the salad just wasn't enough. The chicken fingers were so overcooked I could barely cut them a knife. My daughter couldn't eat them. When I ordered the penne, the waitress asked me if I wanted marinara or meat sauce. I choose the meat sauce. The pasta was so overcooked, it was so soft and falling apart. I really couldn't find any meat. Anyway, when I got the bill, I was charged almost another dollar for the salad dressing and $2 for the meat sauce. I was never told of these additional charged. I think this is so ridiculous. First of all, I should have been told of these charges, or at least post this information in the menu. If you are that hard up to make money, you're in the wrong business. This is cheap and absurd, you reslly suck to be that sneaky with your hidden charges.....

We love Alessio's Roswell. Not only is the food great, and the pizza delish, but it's a real life Cheers; when you walk in everyone knows your name. it's always relaxed atmosphere where you feel like family. Always ask for Corey or Michelle!

Ordered dinner for 4 people through delivery here last night. Paid for a $24 stromboli. It didn't show up with the rest of the food. Uber Eats refused to bring back the missing food or give a refund.

Always the best easy casual spot!! Alessio's sauce is the best!!!

Always loved their food except this last time. Pizza was disappointing did not look or taste the same as the pizza we have been getting for YEARS. Called the restaurant and the female who answered asked if we had called 3 weeks prior.( No we did not) I guess someone had similar issues.

The pizza was good. It's a good cheese to sauce to crust ratio. It was a bit underdone even though we asked for it to be cooked a bit longer when we ordered it (bc in the past it's come out floppy).

The waitress was running around taking care of everyone, but that was understandable how busy she was and that she was out of breath.

Came to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. Cant say enough great things about the food. Everything was hot and delicious (and we had 10 people!). Service was excellent. Had a fabulous experience. Thank you!
