i came here with my girlfriend for valentine’s day, and this is a really wonderful italian restaurant. everything was so good! the service was really wonderful, our server was fast and attentive, and someone was always at the table to check up on us and deliver food and drinks. for cocktails, we got a negroni and an espresso martini, both very delicious (and strong). they will give you complimentary bread and olive oil. for entrees, i ordered the gnocci and she got the ziti. both very flavorful and rich, the gnocci had a more simple tomato sauce though while the ziti had a much bolder flavor. but you have to come try this place for yourself, the ambiance is very nice as well, definitely is a place to go with someone you love!

First time here. Small but quaint location. We tried veal Parmesan, which was very good and a rigatoni sausage dish. They don’t take reservations so plan on waiting.

Amalfi is one of our favorite restaurants in Roswell. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always outstanding. You can truly feel that this is a family-owned and operated restaurant—the care, attention, and hospitality show in every detail.

We love coming to Amalfi with our family because it offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience where everyone feels welcome. From the quality of the food to the friendly, attentive staff, everything is done right. Highly recommend Amalfi to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

I came here with my boyfriend for homecoming. We had the calamari, rigatoni lorenzo, and the fettuccine alla boscaiola. The portion sizes were generous and every dish was flavorful. The sauces struck a perfect balance between being light and creamy, and we were particularly blown away by the rigatoni lorenzo. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed our meal. I look forward to coming back.

We went today to Amalfi and were extremely disappointed. The bruschetta and salmon starters were fine. Disaster struck soon after. Out of the 4 pastas ordered, 2 were practically tasteless and undercooked (I understand the difference between al dente and undercooked).. what was worse was when we told our server that we did not like the shrimp scampi and that the shrimps were not fresh- she became rude and dismissive. She might be tired and we are no karens but she surely needs to get a new job with this kind of attitude. We did not want to make it a big deal for her and so just kept quiet to this rude behavior. I am never going back.

I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews on a small business but I truly don’t believe this place deserves its above 4 star rating and want to make others aware. First of all, the bathrooms were out of soap. A kitchen worker walked out before me, how did they wash their hands? Pasta was presented nicely but sauce was so watery none stuck to the noodles. Not enjoyable. Server was kind. Bartender was extremely rude and obnoxious.

The Best Italian food in Atlanta!! To start a Blue Cheese Olive martini up or on the rocks, a meatball, calamari Luciano, Bruschetta, fresh bread with dipping oil seasoned, the pastas like your at Grandmas house on Sunday, Chicken and Veal, Eggplant unbelievable with delicious sauce. And the best for last Dessert, cheesecake, Tiramisu, or cannolis, with and you cannot Skip this Sal’s Signature Espresso Martini. It’s not just a dinner, it’s an experience, transporting you to Italy, for a few short hours!!
