I dont normally write reviews and I contemplated writing this one but my wife and I felt it was something that needed to be addressed. We have been weekly customers for a very long time and we live within walking distance from home. The food is consistently good and the prices are even better. (The Alfredo is top tier) We have always loved the fact that the owners are always in there working alongside the staff. We have noticed that they go through employees often though and we have never understood why because its always busy when we go. After last night, we know why. They have a few new people working there we noticed. We were there last night and witnessed the older owner really laying into the new lady about something. He did it right in front of us and didnt seem to care that she was humiliated or that his long time customers were witnessing it. He left her there with tears in her eyes and walked over and began cooking like nothing ever happend. My wife and I were stunned and humiliated for her. It shocked and bothered me but my wife was extremely upset by the exchange Im not sure if we will return. Again, I dont want to take away from the food. Its good food. But to the owner, DO BETTER! You need a crash course in how to speak to a lady. Because they way you were speaking to her last night was completely unacceptable.

I ordered the fettuccine and spicy ghetti, the alfredo was definitely the star much more flavorful than the spicy ghetti. Prices are reasonable, and the flavor is decent, though it's not the best pasta I've ever had.

It’s average. The pasta is gummy. The pomodoro based sauces are good. The chicken is pretty bland and a tad chewy; in a better sauce it’s ok. In the carbonara the combo of gummy pasta and rubbery chicken and the sticky sauce it was not an ideal combo. The limoncello cake was pretty good, and it was moist.
I don’t understand the reviews here… it’s definitely lesser than Olive Garden.

Tried this out for dinner a couple nights ago and was very pleased. It's a choose-your-own pasta place (but you can also order set dishes off the menu). When you walk in, you order from a kiosk that is super-intuitive. I ordered fettucine with alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, basil, double mushrooms, and parmesan. I also had the Italian clementine sparkling water. I think my husband ordered spaghetti with vodka sauce, bacon, basil, double mushrooms, and parmesan (you get up to 6 free toppings). He had the ginger ale. So good! It was just as delicious as fancier Italian places in the area, but less expensive. There may have been garlic in the sauce but it wasn't overpowering. This would be a great first date place! One minor note, it would be helpful to have the silverware brought out with the food so we didn't have to hunt for it, but it wasn't too hard to find. Restrooms were clean. Parking was good. Service was friendly. We'll definitely go back!

Great spot! Family-owned with friendly staff, amazing fresh house-made pasta, and a solid wine pairing selection. Definitely worth a visit.
The food was fresh and easy. Larson was attentive and polite. We enjoyed dining in a quiet restaurant with good food and service that was on point!

Food is great made to order and highly customizable. kids love it. Pizza is really good as well - neopolotina style. You can run into sort of a wait at times but worth it
