They only use a Kiosk to order and pay. It is a big pain to use. Don't like the fact they don't give a paper receipt. The food is good. Wish I could get another piece of bread with my meal. The kiosk really aggravated me. I might not come back for that reason.

This place has some good,no nonsense, fresh pasta. We end up here quite often- our family fav. It’s a quick option and tastes so good. Our fav is pesto fettuccine and gnocchi/ravioli in vodka sauce. Kids love the mac and cheese. Great garlic bread, tiramisu and Nutella pizza as well!

Had a great experience at APF! I have been looking for a local Italian spot with a great vibe. The owners came and met us at our table and are great people. We had a pizza and a pasta which was made right in front of us. Food was excellent and the pasta is made from scratch on site. Would definitely recommend and will be back! João was the best!

I had such a great experience at American Pasta Factory! I got a very authentic Italian vibe from the food and atmosphere. The pasta was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff was also super friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends!

I work at a popular business. We order weekly from American pasta. My order was placed at business at which someone took my food. I reached out owner. He claims he delivered my food and I would have to request a refund.. I ask if my food could be replaced? He was nasty and rude told me to get a refund.. I will NEVER order again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! CUSTOMER SERVICE UGLY!!!!!! RUDE

Amazing food, but I realized today it’s depressing. You walk in, and of course they greet you. But after being greeted, I would have liked to order from the person who greeted me. But instead of interacting with a human being, I knew the “screen routine” from being there before. They just looked at me while I walked over to a screen and silently selected my order. All I could think of was how normally I’d see a smile, look at the menu above and speak my order, maybe ask a question. They might read it back to me. Instead, I was the only customer and the employee was just silently watching me type in my order. I feel it was a moment without human warmth (not the employee’s fault… just the way it was organized.) It would have been so nice to say my order to that person. Maybe ask a question or recommendation. Here’s an idea of a better way. The employees can offer to take peoples orders if it’s slow. If it gets busy and they can’t, then the screen is always there as a backup if I people don’t want to wait. I am sympathetic that the screen probably ties into the app, loyalty, etc. But it’s just depressing, to be honest. Instead of a human interaction, I just type into a screen while an employee literally stands there watching silently. Nothing wrong w the employee. They are doing their job. This customer service pattern just feels kind of sad. Later a group came in. I can definitely understand I would not want to be in line waiting behind them. The screens are not all bad. I just wish more of a middle ground can be found. There’s a humanity and warmth that should always be part of good Italian food. I didn’t experience it. Thanks

I dont normally write reviews and I contemplated writing this one but my wife and I felt it was something that needed to be addressed.
We have been weekly customers for a very long time and we live within walking distance from home.
The food is consistently good and the prices are even better.
(The Alfredo is top tier)
We have always loved the fact that the owners are always in there working alongside the staff.
We have noticed that they go through employees often though and we have never understood why because its always busy when we go.
After last night, we know why.
They have a few new people working there we noticed.
We were there last night and witnessed the older owner really laying into the new lady about something. He did it right in front of us and didnt seem to care that she was humiliated or that his long time customers were witnessing it. He left her there with tears in her eyes and walked over and began cooking like nothing ever happend.
My wife and I were stunned and humiliated for her.
It shocked and bothered me but my wife was extremely upset by the exchange
Im not sure if we will return.
Again, I dont want to take away from the food. Its good food.
But to the owner, DO BETTER!
You need a crash course in how to speak to a lady. Because they way you were speaking to her last night was completely unacceptable.

I ordered the fettuccine and spicy ghetti, the alfredo was definitely the star much more flavorful than the spicy ghetti. Prices are reasonable, and the flavor is decent, though it's not the best pasta I've ever had.
